"Hotel area, very far away, the room is clean and tidy enough, but the bath water is general, the hot spring place is very few, the sound insulation is relatively poor, the sound of water flow is heard all night, I hope the sound insulation needs to be improved"

"The correspondence was very polite. It was crowded with guests, so the waiting time for the elevator was long. Especially at breakfast, I sometimes couldn't get on and spent time. But I think it can't be helped because it feels the same in any business hotel. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity."

"Originally, I made a reservation for １ night, but I couldn't go home due to the typhoon, so when I asked if I could extend my stay at check-in, there was a vacancy in the room, so please respond immediately. did. Opened as a guesthouse in 2017, it has been used by many guests. Located about a 5-10 minute walk from JR Sako Station, there are convenience stores and 24-hour supermarkets nearby. Free parking for up to 2 cars is available on the premises (first come, first served). Free Wi-Fi, washing machines, rental bicycles, rental towels, etc. are available at no extra charge. You can check the location using the Google Maps app. For questions or to make a reservation directly, please visit the Guesthouse OGaGa website. If you are bringing a pet, please contact us immediately after your reservation is confirmed. Please be careful if you have a pet allergy. The host is a smoker, but takes great care to deodorize the room.

"It felt better than the first time I stayed there, because this time I lived on the 5th floor and could see the cable car of Meishan running up and down from the window. There was also a very delicious sesame oil chicken leg for breakfast, which was great. This hotel is not far east from the bustling commercial district of Tokushima. I will go there more next time I come."

"It is an unmanned place, but it is a method of calling the staff by the phone placed at the desk and finding the key in the room reserved in the keybox.
The staff only speaks basic English, so you should prepare a measure to communicate in Japanese.
Early check-in and spacious rooms and bathrooms are hard to find in Japan. The water pressure in the bathroom is strong and the hot water comes out well.
It's equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator.
But the mattress on the bed was dead with all the cushions.
If you go to Tokushima, I'll find this place again."

"Very central location near the train station, still quiet. Very friendly, competent staff, rooms large ! , very clean. A small, fine hotel.
Breakfast - excellent, large selection, western as Japanese, stylish atmosphere - is not offered directly in the hotel Agnes but in the nearby, about 100 m, ”Motherhouse”. Also the Onsen is not directly in Agnes but in the also Related hotel directly from Agnes, about 15 m from the street, railway station, shops, bus station in about 250 m distance. For me in terms of price / performance an optimal hotel. I felt very well there and would stay there anytime again."

WwowochanVery convenient location, right above the JR station with malls and restaurants nearby. Room is spacious. If you are driving, you can park right next to the hotel and it cost 1,000yen for 24 hours.

YYiu ManWell located next to Tokushima JR station next to long distance bus terminal. It is also walking distance to the castle site where it was the Sakura blossom season. It is a quasi-service hotel but all the amenities/toiletries are placed at lobby for self-service. Room was clean and breakfast is value at ¥1600

FFishvibesI had a great stay at Hotel Sunroute Tokushima! The staff were the real highlight—super friendly, attentive, and made everything so easy, with no trouble communicating in English at all. The hotel’s location right across from Tokushima Station is a major plus, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It’s a solid choice for anyone looking for excellent service and a prime spot to explore the area.

LLee DavidCame to Tokushima to participate the marathon. Hostel was located near the Tokushima JR Station, about 8 mins by foot. Nearby the hostel there are various eateries and convenience stores. The cost / performance factory is pretty high as there are breakfast provided in the morning. You can have coffee/tea or package soup plus toasted bread. Though simple butt can defining fill up your stomach if you are not a big eater.

GGuest UserLocation was very good as it was very close to the JR station. Furniture looked quite new. Room rate was good and the room had a beautiful river view. Room was spacious enough with sufficient illumination. Staff was nice and could speak some English. The hotel got a big lobby.

MMarkMark2This is my second time staying here. The lobby attendants are very nice and polite. I can request a room on a higher floor. It's not the peak season now. The room is very clean and spacious! The only problem is that the transportation is not very convenient. Although the bus stop is only a 5-minute walk away, you have to wait 2-30 minutes for the bus. The surrounding environment is very good, next to the beach, and the air is good!

GGuest UserIf the hostel wasn’t fully booked, I believe it would have been a decent place to stay. However, because of Golden Week, it was completely full. The soundproofing in the rooms is terrible—I was woken up countless times. Any noise is amplified several times by the wooden partitions, and the banging noises made by other guests were extremely loud. Even during the day when I wasn’t trying to sleep, the noise level was unbearable. I barely got any sleep at all, and once I was woken up around 1 or 2 a.m., it was almost impossible to fall asleep again. I really hope the owner will consider renovating the building’s structure and seriously improving the soundproofing. 満室でなければ、このホステルは悪くなかったと思います。でもゴールデンウィークの影響で、ここは満室でした。部屋の防音が非常に悪くて、何度も音で目を覚まされました。木製の仕切りが音を何倍にも増幅するため、他の宿泊客が出すドンドンという音がとにかくうるさくて、昼間でも寝ていなくても騒音が気になるほどでした。一晩中ほとんど眠れず、深夜1〜2時ごろに起こされた後は、なかなか寝付けませんでした。ホステルのオーナーには、ぜひ建物の構造を見直し、防音対策をしっかりと改善していただきたいです。
