The resort was ok. However I will never book with trip.com again. I booked for the weekend of 3/18, checkout 3/20. I became very ill and requested my trip be moved to the next weekend, the 25th. They charged me $85, sent me a confirmation email and a check in voucher. I arrived at the resort and was informed I had no reservation. I sat with my family in the car until 10pm when they finally let me pay the 2 days resort fee and the $100 deposit. We got our room and went to bed. The next morning I was told it was fixed , no problem. That afternoon the resort told me I had to pay for my reservation as the payment from trip.com had not been received. I did not have the funds to pay again as I'm on Social Security Disabilty and this was a present for my grandson's 11th birthday. After many calls to trip.com and the front desk they decided to refund my money and I paid the resort when I got home. A totally ruined weekend for my family and I.

Really nice pool area and the little Starbucks inside is really cool. Breakfast buffet dining does not have enough wait staff. The servers were very friendly but very overworked. Think hard about hiring more servers

The lady who helped us at the service desk was rude and very unhelpful. We had drove all the way from Dallas to Orlando with a uhaul we booked 2 nights but couldn't make the first one as we were still on route. She didn't want to give us our room and said that the reservation was canceled because we no showed for our booking. Long story short we had to get the manager who was nice enough to help us and gave us our room.

I stayed at this hotel to use the Disney World Early Entry. It was convenient to take the shuttle bus to various Disney World parks. There was a small refrigerator in the room, so I could store simple food. The dining table can be pulled out to become a bed, so there are two beds, so I was able to sleep comfortably at night. Please note that the room is only cleaned once every two days.

The room was especially good and the suite was not only comfortable. The bathroom bathroom suite is separate. The kitchen is fully functional and the hotel's dining is also great. It is especially convenient to go straight down to the large floating range in the hotel lobby.

I took my 9-year-old grandson to Disney World and randomly picked a hotel that accommodated our needs and schedule. The price was reasonable, so I booked for 3 nights. We got there a day early, so I took a chance and went to the front desk. Asking (Joe) if they had accommodations for our extra night. He said absolutely! He was so nice and helpful and made sure all our needs were met, made sure we got fed and made sure we felt safe. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The next day we met Howard at the front desk. He was just as nice and accommodating for the next 3 nights. He took special care with me and my grandson. The complementary breakfasts could not have been any better. And I mean a full course breakfast with a lot of choices. Every evening after arriving back at our room, the room was had been beautifully cleaned. I was extremely happy with our entire stay. I will stay at this Quality Inn again for sure. I HIGHLY recommend this HOTEL to ANY and EVERYONE. Thank You Joe and Howard for our nice stay and you guys taking such good care of us. Looking forward to our next trip!

CCCciweiThe room has one bedroom, one living room and one bathroom, with a washing machine and dryer, which is very suitable for family travel. There are pots and dishwashers in the kitchen, so it is very convenient to cook something by yourself.
I originally struggled for a long time and wanted to book a hotel near Disney, but when I was traveling by car, I wanted to book a night here to try it out. After I came, I felt good. I stayed for four nights in total. It took about 20 minutes to drive to Disney and half an hour to Sea World. The hotel has shuttle buses to SeaWorld and Disney's Hollywood Park, but the buses are very infrequent.
The hotel park is a large golf resort with many buildings and free parking. I will consider this place next time I come to Orlando.

GGuest UserSolid place to stay. Very quiet and off the beaten path with a wealth of amenities. The staff were kind. However, check in takes too long and I wasn’t informed of the $150 deposit. I was told it may take up to 30 days to return. The rooms are a bit dated but they’re nice. My light didn’t work but there were several lamps. There’s a dollar tree and family dollar across the street but not much else within walking distance. Good if you have a car or maybe with friends as the amenities are robust.

NNu197Location is great, near McDonald’s and others. The carpet at walk way area in front of the rooms is very old and smell bad, but inside room is okay. There is a shuttle bus to Magic Kingdom but there is only one time and if you want to enter the park early, then you have to take taxi there anyway but it’s not too far from Disney’s so taxi cost is approximately ＞$20. Breakfast is good!

GGuest UserThere was only coffee in the morning even though they advertised free breakfast. The bathroom shower was not clean and the room had an odor. The ac was not on when we arrived and the unit was very loud when it ran. There was no sign on the building with their name on it only a small sign down a side road that was stuck in the ground at the driveway on the side of the hotel. The front entrance was blocked off which was annoying because the GPS takes you to the front entrance. We would not stay there again.

GGuest UserVicinity of my daughter and granddaughter. Room was OK, a little musty smell in halls and room but lowering air conditioning helped to eliminate. Bed was comfortable and lots of soft pillows. If you're there to watch TV...don't go there. The television is about the size of a computer monitor, although they have lots of channels. Did not use any other amenities but would stay again.
