We are happy about their service. The hotel exchanged our room with another guest but they gave a good room too.

Very clean and new hotel

This is a lovely very clean and comfortable hotel. The hotel staff were very polite and check in and check out went very smoothly. We will definitely stay again.

Nice stay, nice staff but pool should be up and running by now. Otherwise everything was fantastic.

I was disappointed in that this was the most expensive property in the area and did not even have it's hot tub and pool ready. I blew my live out budget on this property to have what I thought was going to be great stay. Instead there were someone's leftovers in the fridge, the heat could not be adjust to make myself more comfortable and the bathroom fan would not shut off. Obvious the owners were trying to keep the rate at the 'pipeliners rate' even after they had mostly left the area. Disappointing.

Staff so friendly and accommodating! Rooms were beautiful clean and spacious. Thank you.

What I liked about my stay was: the room was very clean, bed and pillows very comfortable, Lighting in bathroom was bright, the water pressure was just right, heater in the room was easily adjustable for comfort. over all room was great. Breakfasts room was clean and organized. Food was hot and there was ample of food available. there was someone in dinning room cleaning and looking after ample supply and keeping room clean.

Great hotel! Very spacious and convenient! Felt like a new building all around.

The parking lot was not plowed well, but the food and service was good.

The location is just by highway 5, very easy to find it, I thought it would be noisy but actually it’s very quiet , the rooms are clean and huge.

Great location just on edge of Park and great diner nearby (plus cheap petrol/gas). Nice breakfast. Clean and modern. Had everything we wanted/needed.

New hotel, very spacious room with small pantry. Microwave and fridge with sink are available. Buffet style breakfast. However there is no blackout curtain, and bathroom is quite small. Overall it was enjoyable.

Unfortunately they were short staffed during our stay, we had to lineup to check in and waited for 40 minutes for the room to get cleaned and ready, but, everything else was great though

Highly recommend this on the way to Jasper and at the gateway to Wells Grey. Lovely new hotel and nice restaurant next door. Room and facilities great value
