The absolute worst staff I have ever experienced in all my travels around the world. Disinterested would be kind. Rude and arrogant is fair. They are appalling and don’t deserve to work here. The location is awesome and the rooms comfortable but we would never stay here again and would never recommend it. We are bilingual and would suggest you not stay here if you don’t speak Spanish because at least we have the benefit of understanding their rude and contemptuous comments about us and other guests that they make.

Location is good, especially if you must be near certain government agencies. Otherwise, the Hotel needs a MAJOR renovation. Don't stay here if you are planning a romantic getaway. There are far better options.

I contacted ******* to shorten my stay within the cancel for free period. ******* talked to the Holiday inn staff and said they would do it and put a note in the system to do so. Then when I checked in they said the same, even though it still said 4 nights on the reservation. The next day they said they were going to charge me the extra night because it was too late to cancel or shorten the stay.

I’ve lived in South America for six years, I stayed in the best hotels, and yes, the hotels have been better, but the customer service in this hotel was very good. It’s hard to find anybody to go out of their way for you, and hear the staff was very friendly. Jorge is one of the lobby guys and he was just all standing. Tremendous customer service. He will probably be the reason I will be back.

This hotel should be gutted out and redone. Dirty carpets, old rooms, lousy breakfast. I pity the staff who have to put up with such a dump
