Homewood Suites by Hilton Shreveport / Bossier City Reviews

We had a blast! The hotel staff was awesome! The whole family had a good time.

Homewood suites is connected to another Hilton hotel. Both are great. The Suites was just renovated and has new carpet and updated rooms. Everything looked great. The breakfast was good with lots of options. TV in the room is big and suites are spacious. Only problem with our particular room was hot water took about 3 minutes to warm up. Maintenance came and said the pilot light was out. They fixed the issue. Other than that 1 cold shower everything was great.

Everything about this hotel is great, EXCEPT there was banging and loud noises above us starting at 7am on a Saturday morning…. Followed by fire alarms repeatedly going off for no reason at 8am. We believe the banging and loud noises were due to ongoing renovations that we were not made aware of at booking or at check-in. I had to research to even find that information myself. For the amount we paid for our stay, and the inconvenience of the noise… we should have at least been made aware, or the price lowered on our room to accommodate for the inconvenience.

Rooms are nice and spacious. It is under some remodel construction, so was a little dissapointed with the outdoor "hot tub" not working and there was some early morning noise. Sounded like someone was about to come through my ceiling each morning starting around 6:30.

Saw police cars with lights around, Ambulance and firetruck in the area, furniture falling apart in the room

I had an amazing 2-night stay at Homewood and besides having to ask multiple times for more towels the next day overall was a great stay.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. It was clean, comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and well kept. The staff was friendly and professional. I’d definitely stay here again.

We stay there 3 to 4 times a year. It's our go to for the Shreveport Bossier area. Everyone is pleasant and always willing to help. Miranda, the Manager, is running that hotel like it should be.

Continental breakfast was amazing! Very friendly staff and it was so quiet.

Hotel is run down and old; needs major updates. One working elevator. Beds are not comfortable.

The entire hotel was clean, inside and out. The staff was friendly. The location was perfectly centrally located. We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Bossier.

It’s great time was stayed. Just a little inconvenient looking for a space to park if you go back there late .

Breakfast was good. Rooms were very worn. I requested housekeeping to make up our room and no one came. Many maintenance needs throughout hotel.
