The hotel is lovely and the heated pool was awesome - especially because the weather was a little chilly. The staff at the hotel were really welcoming and tried to please us - giving us fruit and some soup in the evening. It would be better if some vegetarian food was added to the hotel menu.

Excellent service and friendly staff. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. It is not suggested to go in the winter, as the heated pool temperature is not really that hot. The temperature of the hot water in the room (bath/shower) is also just luke warm, but not unpleasant. One can use the laundry room to wash clothes and the beaches and shops are walking distance from the hotel. The Western Sanye hotel is absolutely wonderful. Great food and not overpriced. Wonderful deck view of the bay.

A few days before I checked in, I received a warm reminder from the hotel butler. After I checked in, the butler also responded to our needs very enthusiastically. The afternoon tea, breakfast, and goodnight sweet soup were all rich and delicious😋

The feeling of staying here is five stars. The overall decoration is very wabi-sabi. The space is simply aesthetically created. I personally love this style. I feel like I'm staying in the home of an Instagram blogger. The soft furnishings are very tasteful ~ The service is very considerate. The lady at the front desk helped us upgrade the room. There is also exquisite afternoon tea! The point is that I was disturbed throughout the whole process of taking pictures. The breakfast is also nutritious. It can be seen that the boss is a person who pays great attention to details. I never write reviews, but I sincerely recommend it to everyone to experience it and feel it ~
