Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus at Northlake Reviews

Difficult to find, as the roads around the property are confusing. Inadequate number of luggage carts, and the ones they had were not serviceable (flat tires). Breakfast was poorly staffed, as the food was entirely gone for over a half hour. On the other hand, friendly helpful staff. Adequate size room and furnishings. Clean. Everything worked well. Comfy bed and pillows. Good shower. HVAC worked well. All in all, a good value compared to other properties in the area.

Check in / out was quick and convenient. My room was nice and clean with big comfortable beds and pillows. Biscuits and gravy for breakfast and an omelet.

The property was wonderful and our stay was great. I would have given five stars but I didn't get the room I had booked online. I booked a room with a handicap-accessible shower but got a regular room when we got there. The front desk did not offer much to help me accept to say they were sorry. Since I was unable to get a shower, I had to cancel the plans I made for the next day and just head home. It was very disappointing. Otherwise, the experience was a good one. Breakfast was amazing!

The staff was amazing, our two room king suite was OK, The toilet seemed about ready to bust, which I was not too happy about. In addition, for the price of the two room suites, I would’ve expected it to be a little bit nicer. It seemed like two rooms made into one or some thing. I also found the elevators to be filthy. other than that the facility was great.

The location is great. The bathroom toilet was not seated properly and rocked side to side. Not very soundproof at all. Towels and washcloths were rough feeling, not up to the standards of Holiday Inn. Employees were friendly. Never received a towel service on a 3 night stay, wasn’t sure if I was supposed to receive one or not.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and had all the amenities, I will stay again in the future.

Nice place to stay. Conveniently located to shopping, restaurants & the highways/interstate.

The property has a giant fish tank facing you when you walk through the doors. Super nice and clean. Parking easy. No problems. Beds comfortable.

The room we chose was supposed to be for 6 people but there was evidence that the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned or restocked. The main reason I came was for the veteran's discount which I didn't receive then was given multiple answers whether i was supposed to receive it or not. I will not be visiting this chain again. Their customer service lacks integrity.

The lady at the front desk was helpful letting us park in a safe place.

All the staff was extremely helpful and very nice. No issues at all and would stay there again.

It’s was nice quiet.the rooms was very clean with plenty of space.Breakfast was great for us and the grand children.The pride was right. Yes we would stay there again.
