It's just satisfactory, nothing much to boost . Entrance to lobby from main road narrow not broad as The Residency Coim. The outside hotel sorrounding is not clean .

For Doctors day we 20 doctors booked separate dining hall, and food taste, quality and especially serving the food with correct coordination while we were going on with our meeting.. I would highly recommend this place for group dinings.. thanks for the management..

Service is very good .At the affordable price of Unlimited food they made it very crispier,tasty and satisfied with the varieties,A well accomplished dining privately available around 30 members can accommodate we used it with much comfortable for meetings.

I stayed at this lovely hotel in Coimbatore on 26th Nov and from 30th November to 2nd Dec 25 (check out) and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Ayappan temple and Marthu.alai temple nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was excellent. The hotel has a restaurant with a variety of items in breakfast and all items were delicious, thats why we preferred our food at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The hospitality was warm and genuine, and the staff went out of their way to make our stay special. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Coimbatore. One more thing I may not forget to mention that the manager Mr Gokul and one Mr Jebin at the front desk hotel manager were helpful and given special attention.

A very pleasant stay and had a great time spent. Staff are very courteous and helpful Kudos to the team and management. Sivaramakrishnan was very good and prompt in his service. Breakfast was sumptuous and great taste.

The rooms are great/ clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food at the restaurant is excellent, and the service is truly fantastic. The staff was very attentive and even went out of their way to provide me with lactose-free coffee, which I really appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience!

"I had an exceptional buffet lunch here today. From the moment we walked in, the spread was visually stunning and incredibly well-organized. Starters: The variety of appetizers (both veg and non-veg) was a highlight—perfectly seasoned and served hot. Main Course: Often buffets lose quality in the mains, but every dish here tasted fresh. The selection was authentic and flavorful. Desserts: A massive spread that was the perfect ending to the meal. The [mention a specific dessert] is a must-try! Ambiance & Service: The staff was attentive, clearing plates quickly without being intrusive. The atmosphere was vibrant yet comfortable for a long lunch. Highly recommended for families or team outings. I’ll definitely be returning!"
