We are here at the moment at this amazing hotel for the 3rd time and it's fantastic everyone at this hotel will do anything to make your holiday special we are in room 1316 and it's massive biggest room we have ever stayed in. Celebrating anniversary and it's been special. Food is so good 5 star and lobby bar is amazing got just over a week left to enjoy here

Super hotel, mega animation team, perfect weather, delicious food, class room, not far from the beach 😁 Friendly Personal, swimming at the Pool is very nice, kids had a lot of fun at the miniclub, coole shirts with glitter, the holiday was very nice for us, thank you... 😎😎😎

Very nice hotel full of joy and fun for families. This hotel has so much to offer for everyone. Lovely staff always villing to help. We have spent 7days and we would love to stay more.Kids loved mini pool and Mini Club. Great memories for all of us.

We were very pleased with the hotel, the animation team was great, especially Erkin, she took great care of us, everything was very nice, we are thinking of going again. My friends think the same way as me, the food is also very good. It was a great holiday for us

We was a first time at the hotel but we was the stone geoup other hotel. The hotel name royal seginus! The hotel is very confortable. And very luxory. So good and so beautiful the food is very delicious. A animators is friendly and beautiful😉😉

We was very welcomed by all the stuff. We enjoyed all the placed in the hotel. Lots of diffrrnt food to choose i would definately recommend everyone especially for families. All the stuff was very energic We loved jon and mustafa from the animation team, they helped us tobenjoy our Holiday!!!!

We stayed at the Alhambra Palace Hotel for the first two weeks in May in room 6511. This was our second time at the hotel having stayed there in January 2014. We were a bit apprehensive of what to expect after reading reviews from the end of last year and the beginning of this year but it seemed we had worried for nothing. We arrived in the late evening to be greeted by Taner on reception who was very nice and spoke good English. Check in was straight forward and we were able to get some drinks at the lobby bar and food from the evening Bistro Our room was overlooking the pool and on the second day we were greeted with fruit and drinks as a surprise. Our house keeper Raziya always made sure we had clean towels, toiletries and bedding as required and the mini bar man kept our fridge stocked with beer, water and soft drinks, as well as tea and coffee There were multiple places to eat during the day depending what you were wanting and your location. Apart from the main restaurant, there were food outlets adjacent the pool serving various fast foods, pide, ice cream, fruit and waffles, a restaurant on the beach serving pasta, salads and fresh fruit, as well as meals from a set menu cooked to your request in the open kitchen. Then there was the evening Bistro that served hot food throughout the night which was next to the patisserie that served various cakes and sweets as well as sandwiches. We found all food to be of a good quality and pleasantly served/displayed. All the bars in the hotel offered the same drinks menus, whether it be beer, spirits, soft drinks, tea/coffee or cocktails. Again all were of good quality and served to your needs. All bar and waiting staff were attentive in their work when serving but special thanks to Aykut for the spectacular cocktail creations and his professional manner in the Lobby Bar at night. The pool area is vast and kept well maintained. There were several life guards on duty each day covering all areas for safety. The grounds were also well looked after and a credit to the gardeners. The animation team always kept guests entertained during the day and the pool parties and outdoor evening disco light show were an added bonus. Mini disco and evening shows took place in the outdoor amphitheater. There is a fun fair in the evening that both adults and children can use which I must admit looked in excellent condition. All rides were brightly lit and controlled by staff that we’re always vigilant while the rides were operating We booked our holiday through Tui and the rep Daniel was always available each morning for a chat or update on things. Although the hotel is on the extremities of the resort area, there are regular local buses that can take you to Side and Manavgat that can be caught next to the clock tower outside the hotel. There is also a small shopping centre near on with a Migros supermarket and pharmacy where it is convenient to shop. Finally I come to the Alhambra staff. What can we say. Every member of

The hotel and stuff welcomed me very well We was very satisfied with the service I would definately reccommend! The food was very delicious and there is lots to choose Entertainment team was amazing, we never felt alone, they helped us with everything liturally.

This hotel is beautiful. We came last year (May 2023) for 10 days and came again this year (2024) for 2 weeks. For food is incredible with different options rather than the same boring meals you get in a lot of all inclusive hotels. But the one this that separates this hotel from others is the animation team- SIMO in particular. He is bubbly and is an entertaining individual who loves his job and makes this clear with the effort and time he puts into his guests and how he entertains with the different sport games, his dance moves around the pool and down by the bar. He always lets you know what’s going on through the day/night and encourages you to take part in activities, he is a pleasure to be around and is amazing at his job. I 100% think this experience would be a lot different if he wasn’t here and definitely made our experience at this hotel one to remember.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and had a very nice beach and fun water slides for both kids and adults. There were numerous entertainment activities and the entertainment team did a great job of engaging the guests. Special thanks go to Danique, Taha (both of them), Ata, and Aykut. We had a lot of fun participating in the activities and dancing with them at the after-show parties. The shows were also good and a nice variety. The personnel in general were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend for a family vacation.

The hotel is excellent, clean rooms, very kind staff. The animation team will do everything to keep you busy and the kids animated. The poolparty was a great succes! Our youngest did not want to go to shows or minidisco because the music was very loud. The food is good and so much choice! Staff of our touroperator were not that kind and even annoyed. We did all tours with a friendly taxidriver ( Ishmed) you are the best) ! The gameroom in the hotel is very expensive and you have to pay for these!

First can I start with how can anyone write a bad review of this hotel ?? The place is spotless and the staff work incredibly hard to keep it that way, there is a great selection of food and drinks and the waiters are there to top you up when required. The pools are great and there are great arcade rides for the kids , even adults. There is entertainment on at the amphitheatre every night and we watched some great acts. We were lucky to have sunshine everyday with 1 day of rain. The beach is lovely and we never struggled to get a sunlounger by the pool or at the beach. I have to admit I was worried with reading bad reviews but trust me this place is really great especially if you have small kids. All in all a really great time had by me and my wife. Well done Royal Alhambra Palace top marks.

People was very nice, we was welcomed in a very warm way from the beginning. We loved the food. We enjoyed everyday. Jon/simon/taha/mustafa was amazing at the activities. They made us laugh a lot and enjoy our time here. The hotel was very clean. All the staff worked very hard for us to have an amazing time.
