Good environment and convenient parking

Exceeded expectations, very clean, very comfortable, and the faucet in the shower 🚿 is fine and fine! I’m just wondering that the doorknob in the room is very low and the washbasin and shelves in the bathroom are very high🤣

The hotel itself was brilliant. However the extremely loud guests in the hallway in the middle of the night weren’t. If people are checking in or out to go flights at all hours maybe a reminder is needed that the walls aren’t soundproof and waking up the whole floor is not appropriate

Comfortable hotel with quite room. All staffs are friendly and helpful since checking-in. We love the hotel amenities and wow!! We can buy the best shampoo at the hotel with super kindness staff. Recommended!!

It was a very comfortable stay for two nights with my family. The size of the family room was great and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The restaurant staff were wonderful, friendly and very aware of customer service. :)

We happened upon the hotel in the midst of a rebrand. The Quality Inn branding still appeared on the digital boards at each floor offering a happy hour between 5 and 7. The bar staff were unaware of the happy hour. The tap beers were not working but they honoured the offer with $2 off bottles of cider. There was a couple of tours in the hotel and we were placed in a adjoining room with a locked door beside a group of men talking and smoking/vaping. It is of course against the rules of the hotel to smoke/vape. We complained and the hotel was happy to relocate us to a very quiet end of hall room which was much nicer. The beds were very comfortable.

I think $20 for breakfast for what you got was dear two bits of bacon two eggs and toast

All the staffmembers were so very friendly. They came to pick us up at the airport and even brought us to the camper rental agency the next day. Also, they came up with some good ideas for a children's playground. So glad to have such a warm welcome after a long flight.

The room was clean and tidy, the bar and restaurant were fantastic but the best part was the service; staff we’re all really friendly and helpful and spent a lot of extra time with our 3 year old son which was nice.

Very nice place to stay. Only disappointment was they didn’t have a shuttle early morning to get to the airport.

Milk in room fridge needs replacing daily other than that top notch.
