This is a well placed hotel a stones throw away from the Cathedral.
We stayed for two nights to visit the markets and it was great to use as a base.
The room was quite clean and tidy and the staff were excellent, due to an early flight we got the a few hours before check in but as our room was ready we were checked straight in with no issues.
The bed was comfortable enough but the spare blankets in the cupboard were a bit dirty and we didn't end up using them even though it was a bit cold.

Wifi was Horrible! Very frustrating situation! I had to use off my phone data instead. Even then signal wasn't the best. Therefore was not able to complete what I needed to work on.
But it should be an easy enough fix for the hotel if they choose to fix it!
Otherwise, carpets really need cleaning. BUT great for the central location near Central Station / Kölner Dom/ Catherdal.

Das Hotel ist komplett in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist zusammengewürfelt und das Bad spottet jeglicher Beschreibung. Die sehr beengte Rezeption ist eine Zumutung und kann als solches nicht bezeichnet werden. Im dem beengten Raum hat man einen asiatischen Friseurplatz eingerichtet!

Literally just a few hundred meters away from the Cologne Cathedral. Excellent location for walking around the city. Liquor store right next door for convenient snack & water stops.

Excelente me encanto, lo que no me gusto es que pague por desayunos y cuando fuimos a desayunar tuve que pagar de nuevo, solo eso no me gusto

Das Hotel benötigt dringend eine Renovierung. Es wird von der Stadt Köln zur Unterbringung von Migranten/Flüchtlingen genutzt.
Das Beste an diesem Hotel ist seine Lage zum Kölner Hauptbahnhof.

The location is great, that's also about all that is great, or even good. Check in, condition of the hotel, room etc. was way below what you can expect or require. Hotel pictures must be from right after latest renovation, which must havde been a while ago..., but it is not even close this today. Electrical without protection, really worn down, including carpets, walls, furnitures. Not to mention the beds... And the hotel appears to be home for immigrant workers or similar. Recommend to avoid!
