I had to pay twice because I booked through trip.com and accidentally booked the wrong night. The representative spoke with the hotel manager who then gave permission to cancel the reservation. After days dealing with the trip.com representative, I came to the conclusion that I was never going to get a refund. What a rip off. I will never us that app again.

I would give this property a 5 star rating if the actual rooms were up to par. The cleanliness, staff, common areas and parking were all fantastic. The ability to easily access and leave was great. Convenient location as well. The only thing that really needs an overhaul are the rooms. Very dated as far as furniture and finishes. The tv console in our room had apparently gotten wet during some sort of flood and the bottom was falling apart. Our room also had a dehumidifier in it which led me to believe there were moisture issues. Yuck. Other than the room itself the hotel and stay were great. We were there for a few days with our team for the state basketball championships (which we won) and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure everything was taken care of. If the rooms get updated this would be a 5 star for sure in my opinion minus having a restaurant/bar on property.

Good place to stay on a stop over. Room was great for what I needed. My dogs were happy so I was happy. Quiet and clean. Great service.

Bed was not soft enough for me. Linens seemed cheap. Tv and internet worked well. Heat/AC unit worked fine. Hairs (plural) on bathroom floor and key card in trash can made me think it may not have been cleaned?

It's so close to interstate and ALL other amenities for the shopping centers and overall fun 😊 THANKS 👍 we will return

Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating when my friend and I changed our reservations last minute. The room was clean and comfortable, plenty of free parking, and more affordable than many other choices. Breakfast was understaffed, however.

This was our first time staying at a Country Inn and Suites and we enjoyed it! The hotel was pet friendly as we travel with our great dane a lot. And the staff was wonderful too, they made us a fresh pot of coffee, hot water for tea, and gave our pet some treats. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast. We didn't have anything negative about our stay or the hotel.

Clean & comfortable. I would’ve given a five but the bathtub faucet is steadily dripping and bathroom sink is a slow drain. The food was warm and plentiful. Not great. Tasting coffee or hot chocolate. The staff were friendly and healthy. Thank you.

The staff was wonderful and was looking oit for their guests. Will definitely stay there hands down anytime. Just wish they had an indoor pool or hot tub. Perfect location and not able to hear the traffic.

This was a spur of the moment trip to check on sick family. The front desk staff was so professional and compassionate.!

Second floor vinyl plank flooring was severely damaged in multiple places. Trip hazard

It did smell like smoke on our floor. I am assuming they had smoking and nonsmoking rooms on the same floor. However, our room did not smell of smoke just we just covered our mouth and nose as we walked down the hall to elevator.

Room was damaged—trim around perimeter separated from floor as if it had been pulled from the wall and left. Breakfast advertised as 6am but apparently the unstated policy is to not provide breakfast until 7am on weekends, as confirmed by staff.
