La chambre était son plus les matelas pas confortable surtout surpris par le service de navette car c’est marqué dans l’annonce navette 🚐 compris mais finalement pas juste c’était juste pour déposer et reprendre de puis gare Montana à l’arrivée et au départ mais pas pour skiiez comme tout les hôtels au station surtout à pied c’est loin et pas possible quand nous sommes avec des enfants j’ai du payer 40 chf par jour pour aller et retour chaque jour sont comptés déplacement pour allez manger les jours au restaurant d’hôtel fermé dimanche et lundi et l’hôtel loin de centre-ville déçu 😞 son navette pas intéressant

Very nice personal, good breakfast in great mountain view restaurant, the only minus point goes to uncomfortable pillow, and very warm room with no possibility to adjust the heating.

Excellent stay for 7 days of skiing. Hotel staff very friendly, Cornelia, Nicole Gregory, Clémence, all of them. Hotel very clean, nice breakfast and last but not least unique view. Free shuttle from hotel to Viollete Gondola, only two km walk from the city center, spectacular view and warm atmosphere. Their a la carte menu are delicious, the price level it's incomparable with many other places. We'll be back 100%

Reasonably priced with friendly and helpful staff. Clemence is particularly charming and knowledgeable. She secured discount cards for us and made great restaurant recommendations and dinner reservations when we couldn't do it online. Ask for a view room -- the balcony facing the mountains is well worth it. The room was cozy and clean, clean, clean. The only downside was the narrow, slippery tub/shower combo. We were there in August and the place was not full. Not sure what it would be like in the peak ski season -- crowded, I imagine! The breakfast was a varied buffet. There's a nice bar with a great view, and the restaurant served dinner 5 nights/week (not Sun/Mon).

Very good location for skiing but fare from the center.Average low otherwise.Not recommended if not for skiing.The advantage Is ti havr a parking,but you Always Need a car .During the day free bus but not in the evening

Staff Clemence very helpful. Very beautiful view and tranquil setting of hotel. 5 mins uphill walk to cable car (with equipment rental service and a bar) great for skiiers

The property and area are beautiful and the staff was very helpful. Unfortunately the location is far from town. The food was very good at the Restaurant, I was disappointed that there was no food or drink available during the day and the parking for cars could be improved.

The hotel had a wonderful view and great breakfast. We were complementarily upgraded and enjoyed our room and balcony. The building is old but that's half of the charm. Staff was very helpful and there was a very quick shuttle to get to the near by ski lift. It was also very easy to walk to the bus stop or drive into the center of town. Given the price, I would definitely look into Hotel Le Mont-Paisible if I'm ever in Crans-Montana again.

Friendly family owned hotel in a spectacular location. The hotel and rooms are a bit dated but you are more than compensated by the breathtaking views from the rooms and restaurant/salon. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend the property.

The plus: - Good breakfast (e.g. fresh fruit salad, good scrambled eggs) - The restaurant where the breakfast and the dinner is served has a beautiful view - Comfortable beds - Free parking on-site Room for improvement:- - Pricy restaurant and no alternatives within walking distance - It is not so close to the city center and it is dangerous to go there on foot - The soap and gel shower provided were very small. I recommend taking your own
