Room service is good, but the breakfast service does not meet the standards expected of a 5-star hotel at all. When having breakfast, you can hear waitresses talking very loudly and the waitresses walk as if they're wearing slippers. Even more absurdly, they're sweeping the floor while guests are having breakfast.

Lovely room with a great view of Erhai Lake. Although staff did not speak English they were extremely helpful, in particular on our last day when there were no available taxis to take us to the train station the hotel manager took us.

I was very impressed with Dali International Hotel. The hotel facilities, decor, service and Rooms were exceptional. I was especially impressed with the rooms. We book a room facing the Erhai Lake and with a balcony. The room was spacious, very modern and impeccably clean. The only negative I would say is that the a la carte menu for the western restaurant is very limited. I hope this can be improved. Also the changing rooms at the swimming pools was not very clean. Overall it was a Magnificent Stay at Dali International Hotel and This would be my first choice hotel anytime that I come to Dali.

Location of the hotel is good if you want to be close to the new Dali prefecture government offices, although not convenient for wandering around by walk (not much to do around the hotel). This is counterbalanced by the room’s view though: sweeping views of Erhai lake in all its beauty! The property is well maintained, with very high clean standards, and all the personnel is extremely attentive and thoughtful. Special mention to Bella from the front desk, who went way beyond her duty to make me feel welcomed and to support on my requests. Buffet breakfast is ok.

It's perfect hotel with perfect service

The hotel service is in place and the room has been upgraded. You can directly see Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake. The scenery is excellent and the environment is very good. Tie-dye souvenirs were also given. The bedding is also relatively comfortable. I will come again next time

Very satisfied with this stay. When I arrived at the hotel on the 18th, I was warmly received by the front desk manager Xiao Cai and the front desk receptionist Desheng. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a panoramic view of the beautiful Erhai Lake and Cangshan Mountain. The location of the hotel is very good, just halfway up the mountain beside Erhai Lake. The room is spacious and comfortable, and all kinds of supplies are from famous brands, so you can use them with confidence. The service is attentive and thoughtful, especially the waiter Yang Qingjuan and the front desk Xiaojia, who left a service letter. After seeing that we added a few extra bottles of water on the first day, they directly provided it for us on the second night; they also gave it to the children when leaving the store. The room is good. It faces Erhai Lake. You can see it when you open the balcony door. The sunrise is also very beautiful. There is a building diagonally in front of it, which blocks the view a little. If you don't know the location of the hotel building when you stay here for the first time, you can book the one in front next time. The view from the building is better. The hotel facilities and services are great, and every staff member is very enthusiastic. The overall feeling of staying here is good. The only thing that makes me uncomfortable is that the sound insulation of the room is not good. Dali is indeed a romantic city. At around 12 o'clock in the evening, the sound of movement in an unknown room echoed in the corridor. The sound was so loud that it seemed like it was next door. The actual sound came through the door. When I left, I raised this issue with the front desk. They just smiled and didn't seem to listen carefully. I hope that the soundproofing of the room door can be redone in the future.

Very close to Erhai Pier, the hotel has a beautiful environment, it is a small garden itself, and the bedding is comfortable The room has a balcony with a view of Erhai Lake. The wash basin is relatively high, there is no footrest, it is not convenient for children to use, and there is no open children's playground. Warmly gave a small gift when leaving the store

I booked a room on the fifth floor of Baiyuan Building. The room was spacious and comfortable. Even though it was not specified as a sea view room, you could still see the sea view. The price was moderate (much better than the hotels on the roadside around the lake). Public transportation is convenient. About two hundred meters northwest of the hotel, you can take the Haidong bus line to the train station. There are only four stops. There is also bus No. 11 nearby; more than a hundred meters south, there is a large park and bus transfer No. 16. Go to Dali Ancient City. The external environment of the hotel is very good and large, and the breakfast is rich. It is very suitable for bringing children.
