Customer service good enough, location good but late in checkin. Room amenities wasn't satisfactory, mattress wasn't comfortable and bed sheet dark, odour smell and mosquito disturbing.

I went to Bangladesh, which I don't have many opportunities to go to. It was about a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport (it takes a long time due to heavy traffic in Dhaka), and there were restaurants and parks nearby. The staff at the front desk were kind and kindly told us when we talked to them. The room had some deficiencies: there was no hot water when showering, the air conditioner was broken, and when I changed rooms, there was hair on the sink and bed, making it uncomfortable. There were still flies at night.

A hotel for not picky travelers who are used to comparing deluxe rooms in different hotels. Perfect for an overnight stay close to the airport. Located in a quiet area, but at the same time within walking distance of busy places where you can find everything from a street macaroon to currency exchange, restaurants and shopping centers. The air conditioner was working, the fan was spinning, the water was running ... what else do you need to relax before the flight. A separate word must be said about the staff. The guys are willing to help with anything you ask. Many thanks to Md. Rubel for his assistance in resolving the issue with the ticket, and M Fazlur Rahman simply for being a sincere person.

I used three different rooms at this hotel over the course of a week, and each with a wide variety of qualities. Some are very small while another had 3 distinct bedrooms. The wifi is pretty reliable for the area, however each floor has two routers so it's a little bit of work to find the one that is working best at the moment depending on where you're standing. Breakfast was also wide ranging and deteriorated throughout the stay....the first morning was an option between a full English breakfast or a local breakfast. The second and third mornings were a boiled egg and plain (untoasted) white bread. Primary concern of this hotel is the mosquito infiltration. Forever will this hotel be known as the "The mosquito hotel" amongst my friends, so please bring protection. None of my rooms had nets. The location is good, as it's very close to the north side of the airport. There are also a lot of walkable restaurants nearby.
