在市中心，方便的是吃飯超市，不方便是停車，他們沒有自己的停車場，房間沒有什麼好景色，但是房間很乾凈，服務人員都非常熱情友善

Das Hotel liegt 2 Stationen vom Bahnhof entfernt und 200 Meter von der Haltestelle. Von dort kommt man gut mit der Stadtbahn zum Stadion. Freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück. Leider gab es nach dem Spiel des BVB an der Bar kein Bier mehr nur aus dem Automat.

Gute Lage

The good thing is that it was clean. This hotel is were you go when your company books your trip. It is not a good place but adequate. It is worn, there are no power outlets near the beds and there is very little sound isolation towards the road. The main entrance might be confused with an out of sight rear staircase.

Super hotel.

Al vele jaren komen wij op de Kerstmarkt in Dortmund en logeren dan bij Mercure helaas vonden we en ondervonden dat dit hotel achteruit gaat in service over het personeel niet anders dan lof maar bv het ontbijt merkten we dit jaar dat deze zeer karig was, geen scremble eggs fruitmix was er de t****e ochtend niet, ook het hotel zelf mag wel een update krijgen bad eruit en n inloopdouche erin bv een minibar (koelkastje) zou fijn zijn. Gezien deze ervaring denken wij toch weer terug te gaan naar de duurdere NH hotel op de Köningswall

Katastrophale Zimmer und überteuert. Das Hotel hat nicht mehr als einen Stern verdient. Die Zimmer sind angeranzt und die Fenster schließen nicht korrekt. Für das Geld kann man in Dortmund viel bessere Hotels bekommen. Empfehlung: dieses Hotel meiden

I visited this hotel for the first time as my usual one (cheap - cold, but bish bash bosh you know what you are getting was sold out). I won't return! The location feels dodgy and not safe at night - the openly visible rat traps everywhere on the pavement speak volumes - the shopping centre next door is near abandoned. Was left waiting for ages to check in. Room basic and really not user-friendly. Hardly any plug sockets which made it hard to work on laptop. Felt very much also that single people second class - I d like a couple of pillows to snuggle up with, most good hotels will offer. Telling no one ever asked if I had a comfortable stay - don't think anyone cares.

Goed hotel voor twee nachten alleen het onbijt is wat aan de magere kant .voor de rest hadden we een mooie kamer.

Very good

Close to the main station about 7 minutes walk. Secure at night and sometimes offer late check outs when it’s not too busy for those with very late flights which is one of the main reasons why I keep going back. A bit out dated on the decor but it’s ok for the price.

Good location near the alt stadt and shopping. Recommend for football visitors. Staff kept bar open (for Bier) after football match on a friday night. Friendly check-in and check out. Short walk from the hbf.

Es war nicht möglich im Hotel eine Rechnung mit Firmenanschrift zu bekommen. Für Geschäftsreisen nicht zu empfehlen !!
