This place is in need of repairs, and rooms are dirty light fixtures are leaking rust water onto lens.

The only thing I would add is the beds are very springy, my husband is a toss and turner type a guy and everytime he moved it was like i was going to fly to Jupiter. The staff is extremely nice and kind. Definitely ( even with lack of sleep ) it was nice to stay at this hotel ❤

Besides a few cosmetic issues, could not ask for better for the price. The hotel pool was heated warmer then many other hotel pools we have been to, which was a perk.

Very clean and the staff was friendly. TV did not work and the closet door was broken. Would not stay here again. Breakfast was good though

The staff that checked us in was patient and kind. He smiled and was truly engaged in what he was doing. Not distracted or trying to do more that one thing. You could tell he enjoyed his job.

Freeway traffic makes it impossible to get a full night sleep.
Cable TV did not work.

We had a terrible experience at another hotel, and found this gem! Good beds, clean rooms, good breakfast, quiet. And the price was right!

The staff was very welcoming, friendly and kind. The room/bathroom was clean. There was a horrific snow storm that hit during my stay. Thankfully the heat was hot and so was the water. The room was dated but very clean. The pool area was very clean. It was perfect for a work trip.

The proximity to attractions is great but the amenities are not being maintained. The pool has mold/algae growing on the side, the paint on the pool room ceiling is peeling and metal fixtures are rusty. The exercise machines don’t work and staff pretended not to know this.

The linens had stains on them and were dirty. The pool had too much chlorine & the smell of it was too strong. Went the maids cleaned the rooms they did not change bedding sheets.

From beginning to end my two night stay was wonderful. The pool and hot tub were great! Easy to find and check in. The staff was also amazing. The only complaint i have for this location is the rooms are a bit outdated. Very affordable! Could use a modern remodel but other than that I highly recommend staying here.
