We had a bit of a job finding it but telephoned and reception gave us further instructions. Its on the Morehampton Road but you have to turn down - think it was called Herbert Street to access the car park or on street parking. We were able to get a spot in the car park which is not very big. We were in room 2 on the lower ground floor. Nice large light room. Comfortable. roomy bed. Only 1 chair, but on request we were given another. Nice bathroom with walk in shower. Breakfast was very good. Well cooked and well presented by very polite staff. There is a bus stop just over the road from the hotel and we caught the 39A into the city centre - it is about 4 or 5 stops, depending where you want to get off. You need exact coins. Was told it only takes about 15 minutes to walk into town. As I have limited walking at this time because of a foot op - we only went local on our first night to the Bistro just over the road. Would definitely recommend - the building was originally an old school house for girls.

I stayed here for 3 nights and very happy. The receptionists are super helpful and provided all needed information. The facility is cleaned, and the room is spacious. You can take the airport coach no. 700 to the bus stop near to the hotel. Also, it takes only 10-15 minutes to reach the city center and bus stop is 5 minutes' walk from the hotel. However, the hotel has no lift so you may need to request for the lower floor if you have big luggage. Also, since it is not in the tourist areas, there are limited choices of restaurants and bar.

Safe and comfortable property and surroundings. A market (Donnybrook Fair) was less than a block away. It was approximately a 25 minute walk to St. Stephen's Green/Dublin City Centre. The only issue I had with this property was the very thin walls (the building is very old) and I was able to hear conversations, washroom business, etc and the people in the next suite were not loud, ie: not shouting at all. Definitely bring your ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. The front desk kindly provided me a pair.

Twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom. One night stay. €89 incl. breakfast. Clean, warm, reasonably spacious and comfortable. Take note that this is a very old building. Floorboards creak and are uneven, walls are thin and the windows are single glazed with wooden frames. Reception staff are wonderful. Breakfast room serving two different options. Food itself I found pretty mediocre but plenty available. Free parking available in yard at rear (limited spaces). Great location. Good bus service on the doorstep. Very good value for money accomodation. I recommend you visit.

What a great find this Hotel is - I will certainly use this next time I am in Dublin. There is plenty of free parking which is unusual in Dublin. The room was lovely and clean and they allowed me to check in a couple of hours early. The only criticism I have of Room 21 is that the shower is a bit small and the water pressure a bit slow - I am small so that's ok, but if you are a big person, choose another room. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Comfortable rooms, adequate size for travellers with luggage , albeit we oldies had to contend with a second floor room - a bit of a struggle. Suggest request what you want Didn’t have their breakfast but seemed reasonable prices Easy 20 min bus ride from the city with very frequent service

Initially, we booked this place only because everything else affordable for a family vacation in Dublin was already booked- but if we come back, we’ll book on purpose. A large room, comfy beds, friendly and attentive staff, good attention to cleanliness, and right on multiple bus lines- this allowed us to get into the heart of Dublin, Glasnevin, etc. quickly and just a few euro each. One star deducted only for the small shower- tough to negotiate if you’re disabled or possess a larger body.

I stayed for 2 nights and I was pleasantly surprised! I usually stay at bigger hotels so I wasn't quite sure what to expect but the room was beautiful! I was upgraded to a double room, so I had a lovely, big bed just for me. There was a TV in the room, as well as a desk, which I appreciate. The bathroom was great and clean. I enjoyed walking the 30 minutes into the city because the weather was great but there is a bustop right by the hotel which is also serviced by the aircoach 700 wich goes to the airport. I'd happily visit again.

A very comfortable two night stay here, rooms are ideal. Nothing fancy but comfortable and clean. Staff are courteous and helpful and made for an excellent stay. Good transport links to Airport, city centre and Heuston Station which was ideal for me. A couple of things to be aware of. There is no lift so if you are bringing a lot of luggage this might be an issue. It is also on a busy road. The noise didn't bother me, but it might some. The breakfast option is excellent and would happily stay here again.

We received great help from Denisse. Fast help and answers to questions, during the day and in the evening. Super! Very customer friendly and good service for us with a baby which is a big difference from hotels in the area. Lumi from the kitchen provided us with great breakfast. We will definitely come back and recommend staying here.

Great stay! We arrived very early after flying all night, and the staff was wonderfully helpful in allowing us to grab a coffee in the breakfast room while the quickly prepared our room for a very early check it. That really was a life saver.

Place was a little dated but well located. You can hear the room next even if they aren’t trying to be loud and the traffic from the main road kept me awake. Breakfast was well worth the money though.
