"We arrived at the hotel around 9am and had wanted to deposit our luggage but was told that our room was ready and we could check in! Thanks Marcia and Marjaa-lis! The room was clean, shower pressure was good, fridge was cold , beds were comfy and you had everything you need for a good stay. The towels could be softer though, but overall I am happy.
Breakfast was nice with a good spread and coffee and tea were were fantastic. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Thanks Binisha and Laura for the warmth and welcoming smiles. See ya soon!"

"We didn't notice when we checked in just after lunch hour. It's when we returned in the early evening and wanted to shower that we realised the whole shower head (including a short thin piping) was missing! Probably the earlier guest dismantled and took it upon checking out.
The front desk promptly offered an alternative room which was a family suite (an upgrade). The first was shabby with a mild stench. The subsequent replacement was acceptable.
It had two bedrooms (no a/c). We used only one as it's only two of us.
Came with kitchenette, crockery, microwave oven.
Housekeeping - the chambermaids asked what were required and did not do the usual complete make of the room.
Is this a standard in Perth?
Overall, not a bad stay (from price point) if one is not very particular.
Btw, the washer and the dryer in the laundry room at our level were good. Totally dried our clothes. $4 each wash and per drying."

"The location was definitely a highlight very convenient and close to the city, making it easy to get around and access shops, restaurants, and transport. That said, the hotel itself feels quite old and would really benefit from some renovations and updates. The rooms and facilities are clean and functional, but the décor and overall condition show their age. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay. The staff were welcoming, and the comfort and convenience of the location made up for the dated interiors. With some modernization, this hotel could be excellent, but even as it is now, it offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay overall."

"Everything was good and we got free upgrade for our room, which is we thankful for that. The one that made us disappointed is the cleaning service went in to our room around 9am and i was half naked in the toilet with the door opened and my husband was in the other room preparing to check out. My husband ran straight away to the front door to see who opened the door. The cleaning service only said sorry and she were thinking we are already check out. I have no idea if it is normal, but it made us feel unsafe. It means they might can just go in to our room when we were not in there."

"The environment here is fantastic, right in the city center. It's so convenient to get to the pedestrian street and the main roads, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. The hotel room itself is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, pots, pans, an induction cooker, a fridge, and a microwave – everything you could possibly need for a holiday. It was great being able to buy groceries from the big supermarket and cook our own meals in the room."

"We arrived late so the office was closed. Received an email explaining how we can get our keys to get into the apartment. Car park was a bit of a challenge to get into if you are driving a large car (we drove a Rav4). You do get a large lot once you got inside. Accommodation was very clean. Lots of instructions to inform you how each appliance function. Aircon was weird as you must close the balcony doors before it works. Very comfortable bed in room. Rollaway bed has a missing wheel hence kept rocking when I am on the bed. Overall, very satisfied with our stay there. Thank you very much."

"This hotel is located near the Elizabeth Quay within walking distance and the walk along the lake is amazing. The view of the hotel room is breathtaking especially during sunset and sunrise. Yes. You can see both!
Service from the team is excellent and I cannot ask for more.
The gym is equipped with good equipment and the conveniences of IGA supermarket being part of the complex helped us to get anything we missed.

"The hotel location is very convenient for public transport, the room is toilet is spacious, the room bed is very comfortable, I don’t want to leave the bed everyday. The views from the room is great as well, the dining hall view is the best facing the street. There is a Japanese restaurant just besides the hotel which satisfy my craving for rice as the rice I eat before that all seem like glutinous rice which I don’t really like. Convenient store is also just few steps away, easy to purchase snacks that you need. The hotel curtain is very good in blocking the sun as well, back hotel for a noon nap and wake up finding so dark thought is already sunset, but it’s just the curtain working well! The staff are helpful as well, told them don’t disturb me at all during my stay with all the room cleaning or maintenance and they really let me have my peacefulness! Totally love it, will be back here if i’m back to perth!"
