Metro Hotel Perth City

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST HOTEL I’VE EVER STAYED AT. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel at midnight on 18/2/2026. The overall experience was highly disappointing, and several issues require immediate attention: 1. The room cleanliness was poor and did not meet basic hygiene standards. 2. The corridor lighting was severely inadequate, leaving the entire hallway dim and unsafe. 3. I had originally booked a double room with two single beds, but upon check-in, I was informed that such a room type was unavailable. The front desk staff refused to take responsibility, claiming they had not received such a request, and provided no reasonable solution or alternative. 4. On the day of check-in, I was told that there was a “system issue” preventing the issuance of a deposit receipt. However, an amount of AUD $50 was still charged to my credit card as a deposit. I was assured that the deposit would be refunded within two weeks, but it has now been over that period, and I have yet to receive any refund or official update. This experience has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I hereby request that the hotel: - Immediately verify and process the AUD $50 deposit refund. 於 2026年2月18日凌晨入住貴酒店，但此次住宿體驗極為失望，服務品質與管理都有嚴重問題。以下為具體情況： 1. 房間整潔度欠佳，未達基本衛生標準。 2. 走廊照明嚴重不足，整條走廊昏暗不明，影響安全與舒適感。 3. 我原本預訂的是「雙人房（兩張單人床）」房型，但辦理入住時卻被告知該房型無法提供。前台人員僅以「沒有收到要求」為由推卸責任，未能給予任何合理解釋或替代安排。 4. 入住當日，工作人員表示系統出現問題，未能提供押金單據，但仍以信用卡方式收取澳幣 $50 押金。對方口頭承諾會在兩週內退回，但至今已超過兩週，仍未收到任何退款入賬，也未收到酒店任何後續通知。 我對貴酒店的處理方式深感不滿，這已嚴重影響我對貴酒店的信任。 我要求貴酒店立即： - 核實押金退款狀況並退還款項

Clean hotel. Staff is nice. Reachable by bus. Not sure about their policy. I booked 3 nights but they only cleaned my room once.

Their customer service was great and I appreciated their quick response to any concerns that I had.

The family room were awesome.. got 3 bed 1 king and 2 single its very great for family likes me who has growing kids that dont want share bed with their sibling.the room is nice and clean, location very center and easy to catch the cat buses. Will come back again for sure

The service was beautiful since we’ve been here a few times they didn’t even ask for any deposit money and the room itself was very snug for the weekend I will be there again more often
