Friendly workers paid extra for a kitchen unfortunately the fridge door swings incorrectly. It was a full size bed not a queen. The water was plenty hot, place was clean. Pet friendly

There was no water, there was trash under the bed, the parking lot was full of garbage I called about issues with the water and they said there was no maintenance until the morning so I could not even take a shower clean dishes or anything They had no dish soap so I couldn’t wash my dishes either This was horrible and I want a partial refund there should never be a situation where you have no hot water The people upstairs were jumping up and down on the floor all hours of the night and nothing was done This was awful, I want a partial refund

They need to check house keeping. Ashes on the window, incense sticks behind the toilet. I had to wipe the toilet seat. Bed was just straightened it wasnt changed cos the pillow cases were wrinkled. Floor had prints on it. Light bulb was burnt out. Either the toaster didnt work or the outlet was busted.

Room was not very clean when we arrived. There was a crusty towel covering the ceiling fan in the bathroom, there was moldy stains on the mattress, and various stains on the walls as well. it seemed like it could have been cleaned a bit more for when we arrived.

Staff was nice but the small in the hallways of cigarettes and just plain filth!!! Music LOUD couldn’t get any sleep! Will never stay here again!!

Love the front desk staff and the fact that they had washer and dryers. Definitely worth the stay if you’re having renovations done on your home like I did. It also has a full kitchen

Very friendly Staff, only 1elevator for the entire building, we stayed on the 3rd floor with our pet, it was very inconvenient to get to the elevator (located in the lobby across from the front desk) room could have been cleaner, there was hair in the bathtub

Dirty pots were provided stating that they were sanitized. I have pictures of everthing. The microwave had dirt in it. The knobs on the stive were never cleaned. I would have asked for compensation but there was niine at the desk when I checked out.

After traveling most of the day, i was looking forward to checking in and getting some rest. The house computer had "crashed" and i was unable to check in. I was told to come back in 15 minutes. Came back 30 minutes later and could still not check in.

The front desk staff were very friendly and polite the rooms are very very clean and comfortable

The staff was great. the service was very good. but the hotel needs an update, the halls were dark, the doors need painting and the rooms looked old.

Floors were filthy and the room smelled terrible. Clearly not cleaned. The person checking us in was so high/intoxicated he could not check us in. Another person needed to help. It was an unsafe experience.

What a dump! Unclean, trash in hallways for days, and paper thin walls and floors. But the homeless guy on the second floor that management took 45 minutes to respond to takes the cake. Zero stars.

For a price like that its pretty good. Affordable for quality. Loved it
