The hotel i was first time i visit the hotel was very old location vey bad no food i can find very far away from the airport can not find most Chinese people but i will visit again

Didn’t seem to be in best area came into the lobby to buckets catching water from the ceiling… when person upstairs showered water dripped down into my tub… needs a pic me up for sure…. The staff was very nice however

This is a fine place to stay, and the amazing friendliness from the front desk staff is a huge plus. My only negative is that on both mornings, while the breakfast spread was more than adequate, the "hot" food was warm, at best...on my second morning, the scrambled eggs were actually cold.

Room was clean and good condition but loud music (main floor lounge) was a problem both nights. Lasted until 2:30 AM one night. Breakfast was mediocre.

Heat in our room was not working and didnt realize until the middle of the night. Breakfast provided was okay but nothing exciting.

The thermostat was noisy early in the am but they fixed it right away and allowed us a late check out due to the sleep disruption

Our stay was good...friendly staff,room was clean but over all hotel needs updating. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Got woken early due to construction outside but over all enjoyed our stay

Bed sheets dirty with blood stains. Hot tub out of service. Breakfast lounge was filthy.

There is a lot of rust around the ceiling in the pool area. The breakfast was the worst. limited options and the staff did not clean up after guests left. The garbage bins were overflowing and the tables and chairs were old and dirty. Towels were not replenished and the beds were not made the second day.

Cute little place for a small family or friends to enjoy not overly priced. Breakfast is a bit smaller than anticipated but enough with respect to the price would definitely stay again.

The hotel was great— excellent staff and extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
The room was nice (we were upgraded to a bigger room).
Bathroom was a bit dirty; pool was a great option.

Good service. Front desk was very friendly and welcoming, bad aide was that the room didnt have a/c, so it was HOT. Called front desk for a maintenance guy to come up, gave me a fan for the night. Cable was very glichy. Pool, hottub & sauna were out of order.
Friendly service, but will not stay here again.
