Awesome! Love this place

Friendly staff. Our previous stay we end up extending it. Was asked if we'd like the room cleaned & said yes sure. I thought we packed ALL of our stuff up & out... when we went back afterwards the housekeeping staff found some of the kids toys and had stood/set them all up on the side of the TV for them. (Also taught me to double check inside & around the bedding for the kids things too)

We booked a double king room and arrived to be told that the room we booked didn't exist. The staff was helpful and were able to get us rebooked in their suite which was able to sleep the people in our party but charged us for the difference in the cost of the two rooms. The suite was dirty with sticky floors and old food stains on the table. There were holes in the wall in the bathroom where it was some kind of repair was poorly attempted and in the ceiling near the fan in the bathroom. Overall, very disappointed in our stay and will not rebook, but wanted to make sure others are warned to double check that the rooms they book through this hotel actually exist before paying.

Smoke from smoking rooms definitely travels into non-smoking rooms. Stay in the newly renovated side if possible.

Room smelled like cat urine. 3 cop cars in parking lot in morning. Felt unsafe so checked out a day early.

The shower was leaking all night the sink made frog noises off and on thru the night the toilet seat was falling off. The blanket was as thin as a sheet and the heater made a screaming noise every time it kicked on.

Upon check in the clerk was borderline rude. Wouldn’t give me 2 rm keys when I asked for it(gave my one and said come back tomorrow for another) Ridiculous! Didn’t tell us anything about the place, where our room was, or about breakfast. We stayed for over a week. We stayed on the second floor in the back. The smell of “****” got into our room almost every night. Sketchy cars were in the back parking lot every night. Some with no tags and stuffed full of clothing. It cost $10 bucks to wash and dry one load of clothes…..just for the machine time. Our room was like an ice box the first night there. Walked into our rm one evening after work to find a pair of used latex gloves in our counter in front of the TV. Wow! The ice machine would have old food and trash in the drain box. Met the manager once, he was cool, he apologized but that’s about it. There’s lots to do and see nearby but other than that I’ll stay elsewhere on any future trip to Tacoma.

Room was clean but smelt like cigarette smoke. My husband is hyper sensitive to the smell.

Great location, great customer service. Only "complaint" but it was really okay-I asked for an hour late check out, was told that it wasnt a problem but was called at original check out time. I chalk it up to either not noting, or an automatic response system-but everything else was great.

I stayed here because the hotel has semi truck parking next door. If you spend the night with them you can park a big truck RV or whatever next door. As far as the accommodations went they were fine for the price. The staff checking me in was not very pleasant and not very helpful I had to walk around the hotel looking for my room. Doors were locked at night that would have given me access to a quicker route to my room. Just a few little nitpicks. Breakfast was hot eggs and sausage that were pretty tasteless but it met the need. All in all it was a pretty good stay I slept good. One Stellar note the shower was fabulous had the highest pressure of any shower I've ever taken! It was great :-)

Most of the time it’s good but this time the floor was dirty, toilet was running and after I told them the first night it wasn’t fixed. Bed had a hole in the bed sheet and a stain on the comforter and left no coffee on the 2nd day plus my keycard didn’t work the second night which really made me mad as I had to go all the way back to office and wait 10 minutes in line to get that fixed.

Towels were dirty (still had stains), blankets were also dirty (had ink stains and dried blood). Rooms were not noise proof at all, could hear cars on the street very loudly. Unsafe to walk in surrounding streets. Staff at the front desk were nice and quick though.

Facility though dated was clean. Breakfast was better than continental, sausages, eggs, waffles in addition to standard muffins, toast etc. Room was quiet. Check in easy, front staff GM Brent very pleasant, saw him at checkout too. Overall value for the money. Would stay again

Room smelled like old musk! Every time you got off the bed , you heard a bang because the bed sat on some type of medal framing. Don’t stay on the frontside, it was loud , you could hear the traffic from the highway The staff was nice but the rooms, not so good
