Issues from check in to check out. They offered early check in when i arrived, just stated that it wasn't on a very high floor. When i went down later to ask them about the AC I asked the guy if it's oceanfront and he said "oh it looks like you were upgraded to a partial ocean view" i had explained i paid for ocean view and they just said they would tell the manager. I had also asked them to fix the ac because it was set to 71 and we were unable to adjust it or even shut it off while my mom and the toddler were freezing. I had to go down a few hours later and ask again because nobody came to fix it. Finally a man came and told me they there is only the option of on and off, no changing the temperature. He shut it off and we were unable to turn it back on in the morning. It got so hot that the floor was wet from condensation. All they offered was to remove the reaort fee. That's not much more then the price change from an ocean view that i paid for to the partial ocean view we received. The tub didn't drain without you holding the drain up manually and there's a closet style door that creates a window to the bathroom. It doesn't even lock so if someone bumps into it, everyone gets to see you in the bathroom. I would never stay here again. No where near marriott standards. I forgot to mention the construction that started around 9 or 10 am
