Horrible sound banging on wall or roof all night. None of us are able to sleep

The property manager “Jay?” was excellent. Knowledgeable about the area, recommended places to explore and eat. He also helped his staff out and worked in different areas of the hotel. All staff has excellent customer service skills.

They're in the middle of doing upgrades and it was a little inconvenient.

This may have been the first time ever that I stayed at a hotel and absolutely zero complaints. The free breakfast was insane, the room and the lobby were kept cold, everything was modern, free use of computers, 2 elevators, extremely comfortable beds and the staff was always interactive and friendly. Will definitely be back.

Great staycation the staff was great and very helpful and nice

It was very basic and served the purpose for our stay. Older style hotel, but it was clean. The only thing I didn’t like was that we weren’t given any fresh towels for our 2nd night; we had to ask and wait.

Unfortunately, i didnt have a pleasant stay. The hotel itself didnt smell clean. The carpet needs to be pulled because its dirty and smells bad. The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned. There was crud on walls and door to room. My room had little black bugs crawling everywhere, the sheets and pillow cases were dingy and worn. The fee i paid for the 2 nights i was there was not worth it. I have stayed in much cleaner, rennovated and friendlier staff for less. The lady on Saturday morning breakfast server was very rude and unfriendly. She did not like her job because she showed it. The manager on duty Saturday did change my room because of the bug infested situation but the room was still not as clean as it should have been. Needless to say, this was my first and last time staying at this hotel.

The breakfast wasn’t very good and the staff working it was not friendly at all and it wasn’t stocked. And the room wasn’t very clean.

Great place to stay. Convenient to many restaurants of various types. Convenient to beaches and the base.

Upon arrival we were charged $10 more per night that what was quoted on *******. I had seen other people complain but had hoped they had corrected it. ******* is supposed to be sending me credits for the issue although I haven’t seen it yet.

The staff was friendly in every way. The room is clean, spacious, comfortable, and the bed was JUST-RIGHT. The breakfast was outstanding, with pancakes, 2 kinds of omelets, pork and turkey sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits,gravy, jelly, honey, 4 types of fruit juice, coffee, and dry cereal as well as yogurt. We never had to wait for an elevator or a luggage rack.

I was charged an additional $10.00 fee to stay here. I should be reimbursed by *******

Don't understand $10 charge because we used ******* added on at checkout.

Outside looked nice, inside was clean and pretty, staff were great, breakfast was good. Very good experience!
