The bed sheets had old blood stains on it. There was holes in the flooring. The lighting was so poor that when Turing on the bathroom lights it didn’t make anything brighter at all. The bathroom light also flickered the whole time being on. And the tv didn’t want to register any Chanel.

The rooms were in good shape, even though there was a cockroach in our room. Elevators were down, plumbing issues where the roof had not been repaired and moldy smell in the hallways and stairwell.

Our stay was great but the room had a few issues. Refrigerator did not work. Elevator stopped going down so I had to use the stairs. That's when I noticed the roof damage. Other than thise issues the hotel was very nice. I didn't make it to breakfast so idk about that.

Heater didn’t work on last night I was there. Asked to have someone come look at it and I was told there was no one there that could do that. Took pictures of two roaches crawling on the wall in my room. Reported this to the front desk was not even offered a refund.

Appear to be very unconcerned when I advise them that there were cockroaches in my room. 3 to be exact.

Towels and curtains had stains and crust on them. The toilet was clogged because somebody before us flushed makeup wipes down there. When we went to the front desk about this, they just handed us a plunger that didn’t work. The toilet stayed clogged the entire time we were there. Shower floor had black grime around the drain area. The only good thing was the mirror. The mirror was cool.

One of the main reasons we booked the hotel was the free breakfast. The day we were checking out, breakfast was not available. Other than that, the stay was great

It’s a cheap hotel and you get what you pay for. It was mediocre at best. Nothing was overtly wrong, just meh. My least favorite part was the breakfast. Bland potatoes and eggs and no meat was offered. They have the standard Texas shape waffle, but were out of the regular waffle mix. So unless you like pumpkin or chocolate flavored waffles, you’re out of luck. I know there are worse places, but there’s definitely nicer ones. But we had a place to stay that was cheap so I guess that’s what I was in the market for.

The elevator wasn't working while I was there. Found out about it at check in. Overall though, it's a nice place.

Area felt unsafe. They tried to update and modernize rooms and lobby but every hallway had security doors and lobby did as well. While one can so they we proactive with security, for which I agree, but at same time it felt like the area may have been tough too. We weren't there long enough to determin if it was high crime or not

The stay was very nice, comfortable and quite. Only thing i had trouble with was in the shower. Being older i would like to see safty rails added in the bath and shower area. Thanks for the stay.

People all ages screaming & running up & down the hallways. All races of people were living in the hotel. Food smells were horrible. Trash bags always by the elevators. Room was not comfortable. AC/heat did not work well. Mattress was hard. Bathroom floor was uneven. We will never stay there again!!!!

We had to eat when we got there to check in. Understaffed. We got to our room. No phone and the trim was coming off in the bathroom. The curtains were filthy and the bed creaked every time we moved. The elevator broke at some point so we had to go down a flight to send it to the 3rd floor. We walked to dinner and there were homeless people all over the place. Police siren throughout the night too. Did not feel safe at all. Other people were yelling in the halls and being very disrespectful. Not happy with our stay. Couldn’t wait to get out of there!!!!

You can tell the hotel had been recently remodeled, however there were corners cut or funding issues at the end. The blow dryer in the room didn’t work and looked very used. Not only did the phone not work it was not even connected or a wire to do so. The carpets were nice and plush, the wood flooring was layer over existing tile and you could tell where holes or drains were at. I’ll choose another hotel next time I’m in town.
