Nothing it was dirty and nasty, i had toilet paper and blood on the seat. The room hadnot been cleaned or used prior to my arrival, because i didnt get there until 1230 am. I would not recommend to anyone. And they didnt have anyone to clean or another room. I had to drive home 2 hours.

Not very clean, had a bad smell and stains. I did like the kitchen. Housekeeping only came 1 day out of 5 days, the turn to get into property is a little dangerous due to location. Front desk people were nice.

POOL DOES NOT WORK. NO TOWELS IN THE ROOM. HAD TO USE POOL TOWELS. HOUSKEEPING ARE RUDE AND HAVE HORRIBLE ATTITUDE FRONT DESK MAN IS AN BUTT HEAD

Highly recommend it for the price. The only negative side was the Continental breakfast. Hard boiled eggs, toast, and bagels along with coffee and juice.

Bodily fluids found in and around room shower did not work stains would never stay again

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below the expected standards. Upon entering our room, we were dismayed to discover leftover food from the previous guests, which is both unsanitary and unacceptable. Additionally, the shower handle was extremely difficult to turn, posing an inconvenience and discomfort during our stay. The most distressing incident occurred when my wife got locked in the bathroom due to a malfunctioning door. This situation caused unnecessary stress and anxiety, and prompt attention to maintenance and safety issues is crucial. Furthermore, the indoor pool water was excessively cold, making it impossible for us to enjoy a relaxing swim. This amenity is a significant part of the hotel experience, and the discomfort caused by the temperature made it unenjoyable. I believe these issues significantly detracted from our overall stay, and I trust that your team will take immediate action to address these concerns and prevent similar incidents in the future. Always clean friendly and just what is needed for a relaxing night away.

The place was awesome. We highly recommend. However, the man at the front desk was very rude and tried to make a joke at my expense. He was also very rude to my 76 year old mother who came in after me.

Check in was the worse experience I ever had. They had 18 rooms available, and even though official check in wasn’t until 3pm, they made us sit in the lobby for an hour waiting. They didn’t try to accommodate us at all

Overall stay was ok since we were there only one night. Check in process was horrible. The line was out the door to check in as there was only one staff member doing check in. The credit card process is super slow. Breakfast was ok! The hotel itself is outdated. The bathroom was very clean but carpet is stained and the smell of the room somewhat moldy. The beds were very comfortable and comforters as well.

This property used to be nice now it's run down and dirty. Will not stay here again. The carpet was disgusting from the hallways to elevator to the rooms. There is no upkeep here

The bed only had flat sheets, it didn’t have fitted sheet on. The 4 pillows we had were flat and they were not even stranded pillows.

The hotel overall was fine. The check in and checkout process was a snap with very friendly workers. The breakfast was a little on the down side but its hard to criticize free. They only had bagels and muffins and just apples. It would have been great if a cereal option was available and they didn’t offer butter for the bagels, only cream cheese.

I noticed a big change with the front desk customer service from the previous year. The room is much cleaner with clean bedsheets and towels. Breakfast is simple.
