I left my expensive shoes that I bought because of my chronic tendinitis at the hotel and they keep denying they have them, and when we showed up to the hotel 4 hours away from home to check in they refused to give me the room unless my mother, who’s card she used to buy the hotel for my surprise birthday trip, came in person to verify that’s her card. Didn’t get a room until 5am and we got there at 3am. It was ridiculous.

The staff was super friendly but our reservation for a non-smoking room got switched without our prior knowledge or consent to a smoking room and the room was too smokey for our party to stay. The staff was nice but only book this hotel if you're a smoker regardless of the non-smoker booking options. It's a bait and switch.

I accidentally chose a smoking room and the Hotel receptionist was very helpful and corrected my mistake by changing my room. I couldn’t have been more grateful.

I truly hate to say this cause its not a bad hotel .Iam disappointed in the fact that when we checked in they had no towels . NOT A BIG DEAL. UNTIL MORNING TRYING TO CHECK OUT EARLY CAUSE WE HAD TO Get to WORK THEY WOULDN'T RETURN DEPOSIT. THEY CHECKED THE ROOM AND NO TOWELS WERE IN THE ROOM . (We had no towels to start with.) WELL OK THE DEPOSIT WAS $100.00CASH NOT EVEN THE BEST HOTEL IN DALLAS CHARGE THAT MUCH . BUT WE PAID IT .THEY WONT RETURN LIKE WE HAD BEEN TOLD. IT WOULD BE FOR DAMAGE DONE IF WE DAMAGED THE ROOM . GUESS WHAT, NO DAMAGE!

The personal at the hotel was very rude concerning of the check out at 11:00 am Calling me since 10:00 am

It was a liking at the hotel. They didn’t advise or let us know the water was going to be shut off. We didn’t take a shower. They ask you for 100 deposit ridiculous! I’m gonna Avoid these hotels in future!

The room wreaked of smoke once we went inside. That’s the only complaint. Maybe have breakfast until 10 AM instead of 9 AM lol

The staff was friendly, check in and check out was fast and convenient. I asked for a non smoking room and the whole night the room smelled of cigarette. All night we could hear the traffic from the highway which kept us from having a goodnight sleep. Overall I would not return to this place.

The air conditioner didn’t work right and we told the hotel and they really didn’t do anything so I probably wouldn’t stay there ever again

Yes like some reviews noted about the condition of the property. However the room is clean & the amenities are excellent. Good value for the money

I liked that the Hotel was reasonably priced but I did not enjoy that the room had a smell to it

All of the staff were very sweet and accommodating. I never had any problem at all. my remote for tv wouldn’t change sources so I could use my streaming device, the front got me one that would. Room was pretty quiet and had great AC!

The staff when we got there was friendly and helpful. The following morning the staff was not. The handicapped room was not properly equipped. I was assured that the issues would be addressed.

The manager super cool and very professional!!!
