We absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely make it our hotel of choice whenever we go to Grand Cayman. We stayed in a loft room which had two single beds upstairs and a loft which worked perfectly for having two kids. Our boys who are 10 and 13 loved having their own private space which felt like their own bedroom upstairs and with such a high ceiling, it just feels so airy and bright and big compared to most hotels. The king bed was fantastic. My husband and I sleep in a king bed at home so when we go to hotels and have to share a double or a queen it always feels so compact and so we loved having a king bed. The mattress was super comfy, and the kids both said that their beds upstairs were more comfortable than their beds at home and they wished they could’ve taken them home with us , lol. The pillows were great as well, super comfortable and the extra sofabed and seating area were perfect for lounging so that we never felt we had to have anyone sitting on the bed when just chilling out in the room. The kitchen area was perfect for our needs as we were mainly just using the fridge for drinks and the microwave for reheating leftover Takeaway or restaurant food since we ate out every night that we were in Georgetown. But it was stocked fully with plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, etc. There We’re more than enough cupboards and drawers and closet space along with the usual electronic safe, ironing boards and hangars which were perfect. The included breakfast is down in their restaurant and it was absolutely perfect. It was à la cart instead of buffet style, which was great and the food was tasty and filling and every day when we left, we felt we had gone out to eat instead of just having a hotel breakfast so it was nice. The staff was amazing in every aspect at the hotel. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful, the lobby and front desk staff were so incredibly accommodating and kind. Even the maintenance guys just exuded friendliness and were super accommodating. We had an issue with our AC on a couple of the nights and the staff immediately saw to the problem and had it fixed within minutes. The front desk continued to follow up after the fact to make sure that it was still working properly. The bathrooms have great hot water and nice water pressure in the shower and are clean and bright, and the fan and A/C kept the room wonderfully cool. The fan was huge and made it very easy for us to dry our wet clothes quickly, just simply draping them across the rail of the bathroom barn door. There is literally nothing that we can say bad about this place. The parking was super simple in the back and there was lots of it, with us never having to struggle to find a spot. The location is amazing, being right in the center of everything whether you’re going to West Bay or George Town or further. There’s a gas station right across the street that’s open 24 hours. Staff and manager were great because they allowed me to check in a little bit early so I can surprise my girlfriend by putting up decors. The room was very very nice and clean. The pool is also nice. The breakfast is great. Overall 10/10. I highly recommend Locale.

The service at this place was top notch! From our initial check in, to our daily breakfasts and use of beach supplies, everyone was helpful. They even had bandaids for my daughter’s blisters Hotel was simple but clean and had everything we needed. I as in a great location and only a short walk to a beautiful beach

This place has everything I need. The staff is attentive and always available. The room was excellent. The location is a perfect walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. And the price is reasonable. I had a great stay. Oh yeah, and the free breakfast is a great bonus.

My toddler and I stayed at this hotel over thanksgiving break, and we had a wonderful stay. The roam was comfortable, had everything we needed, cozy beds. The breakfast and meal options were tasty. The best part of our stay was the kind and sweet staff at this hotel. They really went out of their way and made our time enjoyable there. We took the bus to get to places and it was super easy, since the bus stopped right outside the hotel.

This is an outstanding place to stay in Georgetown. It is reasonably priced, the rooms are very nice, and the hotel is conveniently located with quick access to most things one might want to do. However, those things don't tell the whole story. The people that run this hotel are the difference makers. From the time you check in to the time you check out they treat you like you are special. They have beach gear for guests that don't have any. They are quick to provide directions and suggestions. They go out of their way to make your stay as great as it can be. This is the place you should choose to stay in Georgetown.

The check-in staff was friendly and ready to assist. The children enjoyed the pool area, and the breakfast. The hotel’s location was ideal, just a short walk to Camana Bay and restaurants. The beds are also comfortable with the right amount of sitting space.

Locale is a very nice and clean hotel. The people working were very kind and helpful after we had had a long day at the airport and then our flight was cancelled. We had a bit of a hiccup with our bill using a third party booking, however, they were very helpful to get everything straightened out. We highly recommend Locale! We ordered food at their restaurant and it was very tasty! They also made us a nice breakfast to go, since we had a very early flight the next day.

Fabulous boutique hotel! Friendly, helpful and kind staff. Wonderful location with proximity to shops, post office, restaurants and a lovely art gallery.I cannot speak highly enough of Locale and look forward to my next visit with them!

We had an unexpected layover in Grand Cayman. The Locale was recommended by a customs official. Wow! Friendly and welcoming. Beautiful room. Less expensive than the big chains. We were more than happy to support a local place, especially one of this quality. I wish we could have stayed longer. They went above and beyond to accommodate 16 stranded people. Oh, yes. I LOVED the shower.

I will return. As I am a business traveler the rate was very good. Rooms are huge, new with really comfy beds and pillows. Great internet. The included breakfast was ala carte with great service. Really good quality food served at your table like a real restaurant. Not a typical hotel all inclusive breakfast. Much better.

Stay was great. The room is very big and spacious. The location is very convenient to almost everything. Staff is approachable and friendly. There is a convenience store across the street in the gas station. There is a very good local restaurant like 2 minutes' walk away.
