It was great! The only part that is rough is if you stay on the far side away from the elevators…prepare for a hike

It was a very nice hotel stay! However the balcony off of the room was very warm and muggy! So didn’t stay out there to long other then to take a few pictures of the inside of the pyramid! Would have been nice to stay out on the balcony and listen to the water fall after the store closed!

Let me tell you something. This has to be the MOST AMAZING place I have ever stayed. I was blown away. I can’t wait to go back ❤️

We have enjoyed the sky high elevator and the observation deck. We ate at wahlburgers and got some bowling done at fish bowl. The shuttle was very nice to the FedExForum. The room was nice and quiet!

This was my second time staying here and will be my last. It was not as expected based on my first experience. Overall cleanliness was less than satisfactory. We noticed the same pieces (and bags) of trash in the halls that remained throughout our stay. We asked the front desk simple questions that no one could answer. We walked to the third floor lounge to order food during their open hours and they said that it would be 45 minutes until the guy that could take our order would be there. The TV had okay choices of channels but would cut out frequently. We stayed three nights and paid $131 for parking/fees. Our second day we started incurring charges on our credit card for $533 on top of the $131. The front desk was no help as to tell us why we were being charged that. Our credit card company ended up filing it as fraudulent activity and freezing our card because these charges were not authorized by us. All the front desk would say is that it came from corporate even though they couldn’t even see the charge on their end. To be listed as soundproof, it was far from that. We could hear everything from the halls to the rooms next to us.

The Big Cypress Lodge interior rooms have such a serene atmosphere and unique setting. Very quiet and clean, and the food was delicious. Staff are amazing as well!

The room was amazing. The shower and tub were great. Really enjoyed our stay and the room was worth every penny. The restaurants on the other hand were just ok, if you're going to charge those kinds of prices for food, it needs to be much better. So, definitely stay there, but save your money and eat somewhere else.

The Staff was amazing! Miss Jackie, Miss Alicia and Mr Jeffrey did not disappoint with the shuttle service! The room was large and the bathroom had excellent water pressure.

The staff were all so very friendly. The room was wonderfully decorated and the bathroom was spacious. The jetted tub was relaxing! I took advantage of the spa and got a massage. Was lovely. Only item that knocked it down on my end was the bed was not very comfortable... but that is my personal experience, others may find it just perfect.

This property is gorgeous. We loved the accommodations and would definitely stay again. However, be sure to call and speak to the actual hotel before your stay regarding facility hours. Due to incorrect website hours, and information provided but the hotel virtual assistant that texts guests for help throughout the stay, we were limited on being able to fully enjoy everything because we found out everything closed at 8pm for the winter. Had we known, we would have been able to plan better.

Nice good property Riom quiet and very clean. Loved the balcony and fireplace. The bathroom was clean and beautiful. Only thing lights could be dropped alittle bit

The atmosphere was fabulous. Dinning was delicious. Definitely a trip for the family.

Phone did not work for entirety of two night stay. Beds worn out. Staff not very friendly. It’s a nice property but they seem to have a problem finding good help. Breakfast at Walhburger Wild was abysmal. Coffee provided was not worth drinking. No longer. 4 star hotel experience.

Loved the Cyprus Lodge unique and classy . Food was excellent at the roof top restaurant and Bar.
