Barcelona City Hotel Reviews

Well what can I say, my boyfriend and I booked this hotel for 3 nights after reading the various positive reviews and we didn't hesitate for a moment. Great location, but the only positive note. As soon as we arrived we found a very kind girl at the reception who only spoke Spanish, no one speaks Italian, so I don't know why they have to write it. But this is the minimum. He explains how to enter and shows us the room. We enter and find a very small room, with a balcony that looked more like a pigeon loft than a balcony. Basic bathroom. But the thing that shocked us the most was how poorly the room was clean. The bathroom was very small, the floor was full of fur and hair. But we turned a blind eye and threw a towel on the floor. But we couldn't resist finding hair both inside and outside the bed. It was really full. I was even 7 weeks pregnant and I said to myself, I can't even sleep there dead. So we called the girl who apologized and said she would change the sheets. He took us out and changed them in the meantime. But we felt he was doing those well too. The bed is very uncomfortable. After two days a pit had been created. And the rooms were not soundproof, in fact on the last day there were a group of English guys who up until 3 in the morning made an absurd ****** preventing us from sleeping. In short, I would never go there again and I don't recommend it in the slightest.
