It was a good experience there..food was good and also behaviour of the staff was also veryy good and i was there was about 9 days..Quite worthful and one can plan a vacation with family they will get a good time with them for sure..one of the best

Overall,good not Satisfactory.. Services not good and meal 🥗 items test bad . There was always something short in the lunch. There was the same vegetable test every day. Moreover, he used to have only one gravy in all the gravy based vegetables

Service and all amenities are excellent and also have to say Mr Anoop manager at front desk have always shows utmost customer service and politeness.he s an asset to the firm. Cleanliness and hygiene environment Highly recommend place to stay

Had a pleasant experience at lemon tree hotel, ghaziabad. Stayed at the hotel for business purpose. The staff was friendly and approachable. The housekeeping staff were very good especially Nitin. They were flexible in their job to fit our needs. Great stay.

We visited Citrus Cafe (Lemon Tree Hotel Koushambi) with our friends for reunion. It was a memorable visit and I would like to appreciate the whole staff of citrus cafe especially Mr. Suraj and Mr. Rohit, staff was very courteous and helpful. Our kids also enjoyed a lot.

Overall experience was good except the service which I found was little slow. We had follow-up several time for simple water and drinks.

It was amazing & such a memorable experience had on 27th April 2024 at Lemon Tree Hotel - Citrus Cafe..I will appreciate Nikhil woh help us customize the menu for our lunch buffet & deliver the food with utmost quality..Also appreciate other hotel Staff - Rohit & Suraj for their hospitality, patience & great service provided through time.. the quality of food & service was excellent..given enough time to enjoy with friends get together & able to make our Reunion such memorable . Kudos to the team of Lemon Tree Banquets led by Mr Nishikant for organizing a reception party of my younger brother on 19 April 2024. Thank you for orchestrating such a wonderful event. It was a masterpiece of planning and execution on part of banquet team. Special thanks to Mr Rawat, Head Chef, Dinesh ji and Rohit.

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered during my recent visit to Lemon Tree Hotel Kaushambhi for a wedding reception on 19th April,24 ( Rahul and Harshita's ) While at the buffet, I found that there were no breads available. The staff member attending the buffet advised me to wait at my table while he arranged for the breads to be served there. After waiting for approximately 15 minutes with no sign of the breads, I approached a gentleman named Rohit (I believe he was a supervisor or manager) who was wearing a lemon-colored shirt. I explained the situation to Rohit, mentioning that I had been waiting for the breads for quite some time. To my surprise, instead of addressing the issue promptly, he walked me back to the buffet area, which was around 30 steps away from my table, and simply pointed out the breads, instructing me to take them myself. This was particularly frustrating for me as I was limping due to a medical issue in my leg which was evident. I found Rohit's behavior to be dismissive and very unprofessional. As a guest, I expect a little bit of courtesy if not a great service . I strongly believe that such behavior is not in line with the standards of any Star category hotel. This incident has forced me to doubt the credibility of the Brand.

Awesome experience. We booked 70 room nights . Held two events. One in the terrace and one in the Tangareine Ball room. No excess charging. They even returned unconsumed liquor which is normally rare. Staff support and organisational support was awesome and exceptional. I would recommend Lemon Tree ( EDM Mall) to anyone and everyone For stay and organising events.

Nice rooms. Both reception and restaurant staff are very warm welcoming and supportive. Though buffet variety is limited but taste of available dishes were up to the expectations. You can enjoy swimming pool and gym, if time permits. Keep it up 👍
