I was moved to a 2-bed room, I had to ask for an extra shower sheet and go down to get it. No hand towels. No heating but reversible air conditioning, noisy. No late check out, we had to pay for an extra night so my friend could stay the day in the room while I worked. However, the hotel was far from complete!
