Good room and facilities. Excellent customer service from reception staff. Only downside is the flooring in the room was very very noisy and was lifting in many areas including the bathroom.

Rooms and bathrooms very dated. Toilet not secured to floor properly. Very noisy at night with outside traffic. Beds were comfortable though and we had all the facilities that we needed

Left a brand new charger behind to be told wasn’t there. Can’t say that cleaners pocketed it but very disappointing. Owners said they’d call if found, a local family member was allowed to look in room a few hours later & it wasn’t there. Lack of trust after a good experience.

Staff on check in were helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. Rooms were surprisingly spacious and well laid out. Very easy to spend a few days there with a full size kitchen. Could probably do with just a few more kitchen tools/implements, but otherwise, excellent! Our room at the back was quiet. Housekeeping staff were unobtrusive and also very helpful. Great place to stay and will go back

Great location and friendly check-in service and the overall, the first impression wasn't too bad. But from there it all went a bit downhill. The aircon was on but could not be adjusted at all. The remote control displayed a flashing clock and nothing else. Could not adjust any settings or even simply turn on / off. The apartment was hot and stuffy which meant an uncomfortable night with little sleep. The bed in the smaller bedroom had what looked and felt like crumbs all in the bed when the top sheet was pulled back. Between that and the heat, I slept on the bed rather than in the bed. Travel partner had the main bedroom with ensuite. Also didn't sleep well due to the heat but also was woken after midnight by the apartment above. All their foot steps on the floor could be heard and water draining down from their shower at 1am woke us again sounding like we had a water leak in our apartment. The shower head and one of the sink taps in the ensuite badly wobbled when touched. Tired using the QR code for the Quest Compendium to gain information about the property and its services etc but it errored every time and wouldn't work. Was going to pass on feedback when checking out but we were so tired we just wanted to start the journey home so we left about 30mins before Reception opened for the day.

Property is well located on main road yet quiet, we found the property is not maintained as before with noticble damage to quipment and doorways, etc.

The kitchen had issues eg microwave & stovetop not working, no cutting knives ie. food prep and cooking options were less than ideal Only discovered this after hours and placed a call. No returned call / no after hours assistance provided.

Two night stay in the 3 bedrooms suite. Room was very spacious, clean, parking was easy at the hotel. Hotel location is easy, super market nearby and not far away from city centre. One issue with the room, we connected the wifi as instructed but never been able to use it on our phone or the tv for our two nights of stay. Was just no internet speed or connection at all. Something that needs to be resolved for customers convenience. Otherwise great hotel.

The property was excellent but there were some water hammer noises from the plumbing I think that was a bit annoying other wise all good.

Property was a little tired , needs a little TLC , (dripping taps etc ) but overall not too bad. Internet was slow not good enough use functions on tv. TV not set up properly, tuning incomplete.

I liked that it was spacious and comfortable! The one drawback was the internet was a little dodgy but overall the experience was really nice.

I like the spaciousness of the apartments. The pool is great for a dip on a hot day. It's like a home away from home. It's a far way out of the main town so we used the car to go eat and explore but that wasn't a problem.

It is just an average old hotel, nothing special. Needs an update. Photos of property are very old and do not represent current state of property.

The rooms were large and would be good for a longer stay because of the space and kitchen. We were there only overnight. It’s a bit tired but xmvery clean
