It is understandable that the facilities are aging, but the hygiene is at this level, which is comparable to epic slovenliness! I stayed in this hotel when it just opened. At that time, I suggested installing a towel rack, saying that it would be improved, but it has not been changed after so many years! There is only a small hook on your wall, which is only enough to hang a bath towel. The other towels can only be stuffed in the space under the washbasin, which is the sewer pipe, the mold stains accumulated over the years, and their cleaning attitude of maybe 500 yuan a month. How can those towels stay clean? Facilities: The old urine stains on the edge of the toilet lid are scary; the old dirt on the floor mat is scary; the bathroom wall was originally thought to be the remnants of the decoration, but it can be wiped off with paper and water; the terrible spider web dirt under the exhaust fan; the air outlet of the air conditioner has not been cleaned for hundreds of years... I have never seen it before! I will deal with what can be washed and handled by myself, and there is really no way to deal with the exhaust fan and air conditioner! Attached are photos before and after the treatment. The front desk asked me how I felt about my stay. When I told them, they just emphasized and shirked responsibility! After staying for two nights, my whole body was itchy... The cup for brushing teeth was definitely just shaken with water and then dried with the used guest towel. The drawer for storing supplies was definitely rarely cleaned! The toilet lid can be cleaned with a small toothbrush, but they definitely didn't do that; the sink plug was not cleaned either, and I also used a toothbrush to clean it! They also arranged a room with several trash cans by the window, which was really thoughtful!

特色酒店：前台小姑娘挺和善的態度也不錯，酒店很有特點是民國風，衞生環境好，房間不是很大但很温馨，距離杭州站很近可直接走過去，酒店後面就是五柳巷，會推薦給朋友自己也會在次來住。

酒店裝修很有民國風味，地理位置很好，去西湖機場地鐵可直達，不遠有“河坊街”步行街，周邊吃飯很方便。房間雖然不大，但是很舒服，水壓很大很熱。前台服務員服務態度非常好，很有江南女子的温婉之氣。因飛機晚點，需要續兩小時休息，前台也給解決了，下次還會再來
