친절하고 서비스긴좋아요 조식도 아주맛있는게 너무맜인요

Chinese people should not stay in this hotel, it is really racist. Is it because this hotel is owned by a ****? Or is it because there are so many Koreans that they don't care whether Chinese tourists come or not, so they have such an arrogant attitude? From the hotel front desk to the spa, they treat Koreans with a **** attitude, why don't we spend money? I have been to hotels in so many countries, and this is the first time I feel that I can be so bullied even if I spend money.

비싸지만 최고의 시설 하지만 종업원이 조금 문제

호텔 직원들은 매우친절하며 레스토랑 음식도 좋습니다. 룸에서 약간의 곰팡이 비슷한 냄새가 있지만 전체적으로 만족스럽습니다

It looked nice, but none of the staff could speak Japanese, and they just gave me disgusted looks because they didn't understand the language. The room smelled very musty.My friend's room also smelled musty, so I think the whole room had a musty smell. The water in the pool also had a musty smell.I went to the gym and spa, but there was no place to change clothes, so I changed into my swimsuit at the spa and walked down the normal hallway to the pool.When I finished the pool, there was no place to change, so I got wet. My shoes were soaked because I had to wear them with my body💦 (There's no information on the room information, such as what floor it's on or opening hours, and of course, there's no signage when you go there.) The flow line is so bad that it is impossible The frame of the bed in my room stuck out from the mat, so I hit my shin on the corner every time and ended up with bruises. The only good thing was that there was 24-hour room service. In Vietnam, everything is written in English and Korean, and although there are Korean staff, there are no Japanese, so I felt very inconvenienced.

예전에 방문했을때랑 비교하면 리모델링이 되서 깔끔했어요 저렴한 금액으로 좋은 호텔 이용했어요~ 다음에도 이용할 예정입니다.
