The staff was unfriendly, you stand at the counter with a question they look over you. The food is awful, lots of choice but not edible.

Biggest dump on the island avoid at all cost. please do not bring your family here you will regret it. 1st room had no toilet and stinks of piss also no a.c you will feel like your dieing every night with no sleep then we was moved to a better dump which also has no a.c. the food is 500 people fighting over a small buffet of food you don't even want to eat if yiu can get to it .i go away 3 times a year and have never experienced a place as bad as this no way is this a 4 star hotel .2 stars would be kind at BEST PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY

.The newer part of the hotel with swimming pools and an aqua park was great. Unfortunately, the old swimming pool and infrastructure around it require renovation, as do the bathrooms in the rooms and air conditioners. Cleaning was ok. The animators worked with energy and smiles. The worst thing was the all-inclusive restaurant and bar (especially the one by the beach). Crowds in the restaurant, unwashed plates, sometimes tasty food but mostly cold or undercooked. The drinks are of poor quality, the coffee is terrible, the only alcoholic beverages are uzo and brandy from plastic bottles. Drinks and coffee at the 'paid' beach bar are very good. The location of the hotel is great: views, promenade, nice tourist town with a port and lots of shops and pubs.

That were one of the most amazing and relaxing holidays ever. Me and my daughter were admired by the surroundings and beachfront view. It's good that you don't need to hunt sunbeds, there are plenty of them. The food was OK, you can choose between fish, meat, different kinds of salad, fruit, etc. Friendly staff, everybody smiling and doing heir job in the best way. Special tribute goes to the animation team, They work hard all day with kids in the mini-club, organize sports activities such as aqua gym or aqua zumba, stretching, darts, etc. There are fun evening programmes every night for both kids (mini-disco) and adults. Kimo is top animator ever, he is both professional and charismtatic as a personality, You must definitely see his fakir show, outstanding. Overall our holidays were super, thank you:)

We were staying in Eri Beach as a group of friends. We loved every minute. The animation team works really hard. We loved all of them. Their leader Ilias organizes interesting evening programmes for everyone. We can’t complain about food and rooms too. Nice vibe, recommend!

Special very big thanx to Hara from Beach Bar- best doctor ever. Thx for your help. Amazing ,deliciolus drinks. Hara is very friends and helofit person. In hotel os a lot of atractions for children ,good food,friendly staff. you can also take advantage of attractions in another hotel.

We spent a fun week with our 2 daughters. They loved swimming pools and mini disco. Also they loved staying in a mini club, thanks to everyone working there. We always found food for our taste And for our kids. Rooms were Also ok, cleaned regularly. All animators were great, thanks to Bobo for his activities, nice talks and smile. Also Kimo was great too. Evening programmes good too, involving and fun. We are thinking of coming back next year!

Only positive about the hotel!!! Vert good Atmosphere , starting from reception staff. Rooms cleaned every day, food is varied and fresh. Close to the sea. Many activities for kids, they loved mini club team, nice evening shows, not too long, it’s important with kids. We most liked Kimo about his activities and sense of humour.

The stay was very nice. We liked the food, everything is clean, decent rooms. Many activities for kids, nice pools, beachfront. Fun entertainment at night, super fakir show and Kimo! We would like to come back next year! Thanks for the animation team and all staff!

Excellent location, we were happy with the beach too. We loved the promenade along the sea. Food is edible, like in most of the hotels of such kind, we always found what to eat. People in the dining hall are working hard, praises only go to them. However, I don’t understand why does the hotel have 4 stars. 2.5 that’s what they are worth. Room service is terrible. Maids happily take tips, but don’t even make beds. We even made complains, but it helped once. The other day beds were not made again. The bathroom stinks, it’s not convenient at all, no place to put your things. The last two days we had shower in the darkness as they didn’t change a lamp (even promised). They need maintenance asap. It looks as they don’t have a good manager. All the areas need a good hand. Overall impression is poor. If you like tidiness and clean rooms or pool area, avoid this hotel.

The stench, cockroaches, broken and dirty toilets, the dirtiest hotel I've ever visited. Sewage smell, broken water attractions, non-functioning air conditioning, broken patio door, shower without hot water, no hotel service, or only after notification. You will make a good decision to spend your money elsewhere.

Verry nice hotel,verry good food for example today we get chiken wings, sea food,clean rooms and a Verry nice pool area.AlsoVerry nice animation team especially Kimo.verry good evening programs,friendly staff.Lots of attractions for kids and adults.

Cool stay in Eri Beach !!!! Food Excellent, lots of fish and different meat every meal. Clean rooms, tidied every day. Very smooth check in , superb service. Special applause goes to well-managed animation team, cool evening programmes , Kimo is a special gift to the hotel, Thanks him for the time with us!!!! In general Great hotel, nothing to complain about
