First time staying at a capsule hotel. Comfortable and cosy. Must try at least once! But only thing is that sometimes in the nooon, might not have hot water when the weather is so cold. :/

Already been here once service is great the cafe is cool and is great place to hangout in the heart of shibuya 10/10 (for a capsule hotel)

The beds, toilets and showers were very clean. However, I could not sleep well as the room was too hot in winter. Woke up sweating a few times and had difficulty falling asleep again. The slightly noisy fan did not help. There is no place to have a meal indoors, altho the roof terrace is great when it isn't raining. Coffee shop is too pricey so I didn't try it. Service staff were friendly and helpful. Guests should try not to talk in the dormitory after 10pm.

It’s a nice capsule hotel.
Location is amazing, facilities are good but it’s a little bit noisy.
I was taking a nap in the afternoon and the maids that clean the room came in really loud talking so much and woke me up.

I stayed here for one night. It was a stylish hotel, and I enjoyed the atmosphere of people of various nationalities staying there.
The room had a ventilation fan, a power outlet at the bedside, and a dimmable light, and the ceiling was higher than I expected, so I was able to stay comfortably.
I was bothered by the water marks in the shower room and the worn-out look of the towels, so I hope to address that next time.
It's perfect for sightseeing around Shibuya. I'll stay here again.
