I was disappointed with the room that was different from the one I received when making a reservation.
I am satisfied with the friendly counter and clean room.

The hotel is in a good location close to banks, local markets, and public transport. Our room was clean and  very comfortable. They supply a kettle and refrigerator, but no tea or coffee. The reception staff speak English and are very friendly. At the time of this review, the restaurant area was closed for renovations.

Мы провели в этом отеле 20 ночей и в целом остались довольны проживанием. Номер был чистым и уютным, персонал дружелюбным, уборка выполнялась по запросу. До туристических достопримечательностей без проблем добирались на автобусе - остановка была рядом. Также в нескольких минутах ходьбы расположен гипермаркет, где было удобно покупать продукты.

We spent 20 nights at this hotel and were overall pleased with our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and housekeeping was available upon request. It was easy to get to tourist attractions by bus - the stop was nearby. There is also a hypermarket within a few minutes' walk, where it was convenient to buy groceries.

Originally, I planned to stay at a relative's house, so I only rented 1 room for my uncle and brother to stay with the driver, but because all the things were in the car arrived, my uncle and brother brought everything to the room, the baby was hungry and milked. I forgot it in the car so I came here to get it and asked my brother to borrow a card let me go to my room to get it, the second time I went with my aunt to get my personal things, but when my brother came down, he didn't bring the room card down, so I had to ask the owner to swipe the card upstairs to help, this is the second time I asked for help from ks, The 3rd time when I asked to focus on eating because the car was parked here but no one came up to get anything more, but the owner came out first and told the other guy that her husband was certainly ”renting a room but going up and down the elevator money is also holes” so she regulates 1 room 1 for 2 people how many times The elevator always goes, at that time I heard it but didn't pay much attention until the evening my aunt came to rent an extra room to stay in the same room early in the morning for convenience, but the owner said to her aunt that she was acting like a needle so go up and down to get jewelry, Thanks to that, my uncle decided not to rent more :))) because the owner is the same staff, the security guard is like someone's grandfather, people don't know where to park, if they stop to guide which things are lost? The driver drivers drive the other side, the security guard stood here and swear not knowing parking, people park 1plaplaaa, guide that the women who stood here openly and told the people here to hear, but the talented uncle didn't listen to it, but he was just enthusiastic. In general, the service is like pants 2
