Reviews of Palm View Villa

Very nice secluded place for a romantic stay or even for families who love to stay private. The private pool is good enough and the villas are quite big. The staff is very friendly and helpful and really help to make your stay memorable.

I think Koreans will be really satisfied if they go there. First of all, each room has a private pool. The water in the swimming pool is clean! We came as a couple, but I think it would be great if we went as a family. Honestly, the location is ambiguous, but since Vietnam is cheap anyway, everyone takes Grab to get around, right? It doesn't take long to take Grab to Old Town and Basket Boat. Grab fee is about 30,000-40,000 VND? It costs about 150,000-160,000 KRW, so I think it's a real bargain!! The swimming pool is huge, and the deepest part looks deeper than 1.6m. I'm 148cm tall and my boyfriend is 178cm tall, and I can reach the bend shown in the picture, and my boyfriend can reach the end, but the water comes up to my neck, so it's pretty deep! There was also a tube provided, as shown in the photo, so I couldn't bring it, but it was so good. I think it would be good to rent a tube for the babies. I really liked Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam, so I went there 3 times, but Da Nang was so boring and disappointing, so I made a reservation on the same day thinking I'd change my accommodation while I was going to Hoi An, and it was so good. And Bao spoke English really well and was kind. Next time I go to Hoi An, I'm going to stay for multiple nights.🥰

It was a little hard to find the entrance, but you have to go in from the main road about 50 meters away. The quiet and exotic environment was nice, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was okay, and the pool was also kept clean, which was nice. I recommend the Breeze Restaurant nearby~

It was good It's a bit far from downtown, but it's quiet. Swimming was also good I liked it because it was spacious. It was nice that the toilet was well separated from the sink.

I liked the rags.

I stayed in room 103... I think this is fine. It would be nice to have electric mosquito repellent, and it would be nice to have a phone from the hotel room to contact the front desk.

Nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The concept of the villas is very good but the execution has a few minor issues. Water temperature in the shower fluctuates from extremely hot to very cold, cycling between hot and cold for the full length of the shower not just during startup. Other plumbing issues are water from shower goes onto the bathroom floor and bathtub is not angled properly so water never drains completely. Location is 15-minute car ride to Hoi An old town and there is not much walking distance from the hotel.

We stayed at the villa for 11 nights and had an incredible time. It was just the two of us but we booked the two bedroom villa as we enjoyed the extra room and the spacious pool. Bao (host) and his staff were so welcoming and incredibly friendly. The morning breakfast was great and they were always willing to help. We needed documents printed for instance for our next travel destination and Bao kindly helped me in getting it done instead of having to find somewhere else. We also made a very last minute and late night decision to go to Bana Hills first thing the next morning and Bao happily helped us arrange a private driver and even gave us a breakfast box the morning of given we would miss the breakfast. Grabs were easy to get and a short ride into Ancient Town so we enjoyed being able to go back and fourth even multiple times a day if we needed to without stress. It gives the best of both worlds as you are removed from the hustle and bustle and are tucked away quietly but can still go and enjoy the town when you want with ease Would highly recommend to friends, family and anyone considering and if we visit Hoi An again this is where we would stay

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon trip and couldn’t recommend this place enough. Bao (host) is super friendly and always willing to help. He arranged a free taxi for us to pick us up from Da Nang airport, on arrival to the property we were greeted by one of the staff who gave us Pho. The morning breakfast is great and overall service at the place is fantastic. The place is around a 10 minute drive to Hoi An old town, so we used the app ‘Grab’ to book taxis which arrived in a matter of minutes and were very cheap.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by Bao and his fantastic staff, meaning our stay was perfect in every way. Beautiful surrounds and a great villa with pool at such an affordable price, tasty brekkies and cocktails with bikes, scooters available- this place has it all. Thanks Bao we loved our stay with you!

beautiful rooms and pool which are constantly cleaned. great breakfast made each morning by smiley staff, who are incredibly helpful in recommending places to eat, as-well as setting up cars and day trips to nearby attractions. short car trip into hoi an. no complaints at all.

An amazing villa on the outskirts of Hoi An. Each of the one and two bedroom villas have a private pool and I was fortunate to be upgraded to a two bedroom with an enormous pool! The villas are spacious, modern and well appointed - perfect for holiday living. There are also some great restaurants close by, particularly Tok which is world class! The villas are about a 60,000 Dong ride away from Old Town - worth the relative isolation for what is a truly memorable stay.

I stayed here for three days with my girlfriend and her cousin. It was clean and they had an excellent tour guide service. Free breakfast was amazing. Snack bar in house (pay when you leave). Everyone was very kind and we did all we wanted to. Thanks to them, we were able to go to Ba Na Hill via their concierge service and they even held our luggage for us on our last day since our plane was at 10pm. We all loved it and will consider coming back, for sure. Be wary though, there are so many lizards! They're cute, but if you don't like them, beware. Bugs are huge, too, but that's Vietnam.

We stayed for a week in June 2023, and it was so good, we came back in May 2024. This is a very special place to stay, just love the privacy of the villas, each with their own private pool. The breakfast is amazing, and it’s nice to interact with other guests and the lovely staff at breakfast time. The villas are beautiful, with high ceilings and great space. We enjoy the 2 bedroom villa for the extra space. The villa and pool are serviced every day by staff who are always smiling and so friendly. Also the bicycles are really good, and the location is great for biking or scootering to the old town or an bang beach in 10 minutes. Great restaurants within walking distance, and especially recommend Breeze where I also did a cooking class. Thank you Mr Bao for another wonderful stay at Palm View Villa.
