I stayed in room 103... I think this is fine. It would be nice to have electric mosquito repellent, and it would be nice to have a phone from the hotel room to contact the front desk.

We stayed for a week in June 2023, and it was so good, we came back in May 2024. This is a very special place to stay, just love the privacy of the villas, each with their own private pool. The breakfast is amazing, and it’s nice to interact with other guests and the lovely staff at breakfast time. The villas are beautiful, with high ceilings and great space. We enjoy the 2 bedroom villa for the extra space. The villa and pool are serviced every day by staff who are always smiling and so friendly. Also the bicycles are really good, and the location is great for biking or scootering to the old town or an bang beach in 10 minutes. Great restaurants within walking distance, and especially recommend Breeze where I also did a cooking class. Thank you Mr Bao for another wonderful stay at Palm View Villa.

I’ve spent the last 2 months travelling across Asia and I wish I’d made it to Hoi An sooner. I’ve stayed in a lot of nice places but Palm View Villa Hoi An was better than all of them. Other than being ridiculously beautiful the staff were some of the nicest people I met in Vietnam. I can’t describe how perfect our stay was. Waking up in a comfortable bed every morning and going swimming in a private pool equal in size to the rest of the villa. The we’d go down to the communal area for free breakfast every morning which included amazing coffee and the freshest pineapple I’ve ever eaten. Then we’d sit on the chairs by the pond and read. It’s so quiet and peaceful with lots of butterflies and the occasional little gecko. The minibar prices are cheaper than you’d find in a local bar and everyday without asking a fresh pot of delicious tea was brought to our room. It’s just far enough out of town that it stays very quiet but close enough we walked into town easily but they do have bikes available. We mostly paid for a car into town only costing about $3 AUD. I’m definitely going to be coming back here.

The Villa is surrounded by palm trees and lush greenery yet it is a short ride to Old Town Hoi An. The staff provides friendly excellent service; cleanliness, ample breakfast choices, tour bookings and recommendations and transportation. After a medical emergency, the staff, especially Bao’s knowledge, kindness and support expedited my recovery. A big Thank You!

Stayed here for 4 nights over Christmas with my family. The villa was very comfortable and the private pool was cleaned every day - we had a lovely Xmas day swim! The staff go out of their way to make your stay as good as possible, arranging taxis and making recommendations - special thanks to Kim for always being available to help! We took advantage of the laundry service, in-room massage and hot drinks on request. Breakfasts were also excellent. All in all a great place to stay!

Everything here is great, the staff is extremely friendly, the swimming pool is beautiful, the rooms are clean,breakfast is nice, especially Kim, she made this place perfect.I will come back as soon as posilble!

The best pool villa I have ever stayed! Super nice and deep pool right in front of your villa! Pretty good size for a couple or even for a big family! Yummy breakfast and everyone is super nice and would go above and beyond to need your needs. Definitely coming back for sure

Fabulous staff and an amazing villa with a private pool. Will definitely stay here when we return to Hoi An. Staff arranged a relaxing and wonderful massage on the morning of our departure day. Highly recommend for a place to stay and relax. East to get a Grab car anywhere you want to go. Thanks to the staff for a great stay!

We stayed for a week in one of Bao's pool villas. Perfect! Private and extremely comfortable. Located on a busy road with country lanes behind. As with each accomodation that we stayed in on this trip the Vietnamese staff were amazing. In some cases their English was sparse but there was always an acknowledgment when they saw you. Complimentary coffee - Vietnamese style (yum) was available whenever we asked and I believe tea was the same. Breakfast was simple, ample and well cooked. Our room was cleaned daily as was the pool. We wanted for nothing. We very much hope that we will be able to visit Palm Villas again in the future. Thank you Bao, Kim, Tien, Nam and your team of friendly staff for looking after us so well.

We stayed here for 6 nights recently and had a great time. We had a 2 bedroom villa with a huge private pool and it was amazing. The room was kept clean and the bed was comfortable. Hot water was a bit of an issue but we didn't care. Breakfast was very good and everyone was so friendly. It's away from the city, so it's quiet but not too far. It cost around 55,000 VND to get to old town and about 90,000 to get to the beaches. There are some nice restaurants within walking distance and a store and salon across the street. The pool was kept clean and it was so comforting on the hot days especially after walking around old town. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel staff is very fast and clear in all the communications, providing the best experience right from the start - making sure I feel welcome and in case I would like to have transport organized before even arriving. Hotel was being helpful beyond expectations! Highly recommended!

Staff and owners were friendly and amazing. They made out time in Hoi An so enjoyable. Can help you with what things there are to do in Hoi An and more. I will definitely be coming back for the amazing pancakes with Mango next time I am in Hoi An.

One of the best stays. Great villa with fantastic hosts. Bao and Tao really hospitable. Breakfast was super delicious and generous. Car rental arranged by Bao was very reasonable and accommodating.

We stayed for the second time at Palm View Villas near Hoi An for over two weeks in Jan 2023. Bao and the staff are excellent! Very relaxing and quiet place to stay. Recommend highly. We ate at the nearby Red Circle quite a few times and also recommend the Red Circle Restaurant for dinner or lunch.
