Amazing place to stay. Staff are really friendly and couldn’t help us enough with anything we asked of them. The breakfast was included with our room, a La carte and delicious with a simple yet varied menu. The pool facility was tranquil and we stayed in there many afternoons and had a quick dip on the odd occasion after dinner. Rooms were clean and perfect. They were environmentally conscious by not having yet more plastic water bottles or plastic bags which seem to be everywhere on Vietnam beaches and the jungle. An extremely cute and pleasant place to stay. We’ll be coming back.

The location of the hotel is not far from the ancient city. It takes only 10-15 minutes to walk there. The environment is quiet. Most of the guests are European and American. The front desk manager, Diem, has a first-class service attitude and always keeps a smile. The service attitude of other staff is good, but most of them are I don't know much English. The breakfast is simple, but everyone has freshly squeezed juice. Their Pho is also very good. The soup is better than those sold on the street. Overall, I am very satisfied.

A fortuitous stay, because initially shortlisted but unavailable and eventually picked over a beach facing 5 star property. The stars were in our favour, and Maison Vy turned out to be one of the best properties we experienced in our 15 day Vietnam trip. It was a very tastefully done up property and though it did not have a bar operational, or a restaurant operational, it was a super experience all through. The Mediterranean colour scheme all over, the furnishings, the Spartan feel and small but very significant little things such as the rejuvenating foot baths at the end of the day were a fab touch. The staff without exception were friendly and keen to serve us and caring of our needs. COVID has dealt it some blows it appears, but with the new norms, the breakfast service was exceptional and again the best we experienced in our entire trip. From the fruit presentation, the granola with the yoghurt and toasted coconut pieces and to the exceptional Cau Lu noodles it was an unforgettable stay. The Cau lu itself is a reason to go back to Hoi An, and esp Maison Vy. I could not imagine having something like this for b'fast, but would recommend this to every Hoi An visitor. It is a signature noodle, a signature dish and lives up to its reputation, particularly when it prepared with simple spices and served with love and a beaming smile.

Beautiful property very tastefully done. Good sized rooms . Very clean. They provide a hot water herbal foot bath in the evenings to soak tired feet. Such a lovely gesture. Breakfast is limited but wonderful. The Cau loa is exceptional. The staff is very good and ever smiling. Special mention to Diem. She was wonderful and very helpful. Loved staying here. Do try any of Madame Vy's restaurants (there are 4 I think) Great great food. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Perfect boutique hotel experience

Maison Vy is a great stay. Great location, walking distance from all that you want and need. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is great. Best of all is the service. The staff is awesome. Diem and Thanh were amazingly friendly and warm and super accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay easy, comfortable and relaxing.

We stayed here for a few days at Christmas and were very pleased with the warm welcome at the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is very polite and welcoming! The location is convenient enough for walking in the city. As a nice bonus, every evening they brought us a foot bath with herbs, and gave us a Christmas gift

Maison Vy is like no other place you can imagine. Everything is so personalised and nothing is too much to ask for. Thanh and Diem are fantastic at looking after everyone and they go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. We travelled with our 3 year old and every member of staff was so kind and caring with her (especially Mr Luuk!) The breakfasts are delicious and they can arrange any dish for you if you give them a day’s notice or email ahead of your stay. The flavours are divine. This is probably due to the hotel being owned by the same person who runs the Taste Vietnam restaurants. Every design detail throughout the hotel is stunning - such beautiful photos, particularly in the evening. The pool is lovely with different depths and the atmosphere is so relaxed. There are a few good restaurants nearby and the location is great - download grab on your phone to arrange 5 minute drives into the old town or hop on one of the hotel’s bikes to meander around the area (rice paddies are just 5 minutes away too). If you fancy treating yourself, stay at Maison Vy- we’ll be back!

For me this tasteful hotel hit a sweet spot of being just big enough to provide enough shared amenities, but still felt personal to the point I knew all the staff at the end of our 7 day staff. Shout out to Diew who went above and beyond to make our stay special enough that we extended a few days. Morning breakfasts prepared to order and evening foot soaks in herbal baths were heavenly. I liked the simplicity of it, but some might wish there were elevators and a/c in the lobby.

Lovely hotel, it exceeded our expectations. Thanh and the rest of the team were fantastic and very kind. Great beds, good sized room and bathroom. There are a few areas where where you can sit and chill in comfort, lovely plants and a nice little pool to cool down in at the end of the day. 10-15 mins walked from old town, it is a lovely little oasis to come back to after a busy day. The breakfast is great, large choice also including a local a different dish every morning if you like. Every night a foot bath is left in your room which we loved. We would love to stay there again, it feels very personal andeveryone is very kind.

We were looking for old world charm in Hoi An and this was it. Gorgeous decor throughout. The pool was divine. Beds so comfy and rooms simple and lovely. While it was lightly staffed, we were well looked after. Great location. Bikes were provided and it was so fun to bike into old town. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We have been visiting Hoi An every year since 2012 (except when Covid prevented) and have been staying at Maison Vy since it first opened. We love that it’s a smaller Boutique Hotel giving you the benefits of the staff really getting to know you. For us it truly is like going to visit our family. Diem, E, Than and Suong all work hard to anticipate any need you may have. I’m not sure, but I think the lovely lady who cleaned our room is Loc, who is so efficient our room was always cleaned while we had breakfast. The staff all work so hard and such long hours but always with a smile. The businesses in Hoi An are very obviously still recovering from the effects of the Covid Pandemic, while it was a busier than this time last year, it still was not like it was pre Covid. We really hope that things continue to improve and the hotel gets back to being full up again in the future. We loved our Vietnamese breakfast every day but dream about the old buffet you had pre Covid. As usual all our meals at Ms Vy’s restaurants were amazing. Vietnamese food in our opinion is the best food in the world. Thank you to each and everyone of the staff at Maison Vy for once again giving us another memorable stay.

Our second visit to Maison Vy did not disappoint. Rooms are beautiful (the best linen!), food is delicious and staff are so fantastic. Special thanks to Diem (hope I spelt that right), welcoming us as old friends and being so lovely and helpful. The other gentleman that was working on the sore, bikes, pool etc was great too, I forgot to down his name. Minimart across the road, and bikes for free are another bonus.

Maison Vy is the perfect choice for a boutique hotel in Hoi An. It is a beautiful, asthetically done up place and a perfect locale to actually feel the spirit of Hoi An. The staff are very polite and accomodative. There is a slight language barrier about the email correspondences (through the booking process), but they go the extra mile once you arrive at the resort. Great breakfast options, especially for the vegetarians and their vegan Cao Lau. It was heavenly! Do request them a day in advance and they will be very happy to serve you. The location was ideal for us - where we could actually walk into the city centre to enjoy the local vibes. We visited the local leather shops, ate some street side food, had a lovely dinner and also did the boat ride at the river - everything in about 3 -4 hours. Highly recommend this beautiful boutique resort at Hoi An. P.S. - We were disapointed with the hair spa and the foot spa. Totally avoidable...........

Had the most incredible stay here for 4 nights. The rooms were a good size, clean and the staff were so friendly. Every evening you can have a complimentary foot bath, a huge copper bowl filled with warm water and herbs delivered to your room which I really enjoyed before bed. There are free bicycles provided to make getting in to the centre very easy (about 5 minutes) or to An Bang Beach (15 minutes). Breakfast was included and was delicious and very filling. The pool is gorgeous, surrounded by flowers and trees and very necessary after the heat of the day. They organised transport to and from the airport for us, recommended us places to go and sorted any issues we had (my friends sole came off her show and they had it fixed for her that day). I would really recommend staying here! We had a great time :)
