Amazing stay! Beautiful, clean, had all the amenities we needed. Great location, super walkable, near restaurants and Daikin Park. Highly recommend!

We upgraded to have breakfast for $60. The hotel upgrade is to executive and free appetizer. So we got 4 free appetizers for free. Perfect location in downtown Houston. We”ll stay again next time. Their breakfast are really good as well

Very easy to access esp you're joining the conference center there are skywall linked near Hall E. Staff was very nice and helpful esp conciergr lady but the process of issue recipt (iternal process+limitations due to apps)

Had a fantastic stay. Room was well appoitned and large. Service staff great.

Good location poor amenities poor concierge good check in experience

Unfortunately, experience for us was nothing but terrible because despite the fact that I informed them more than 24 hours in advance that due to ongoing arctic freeze and airport closures we won’t be making the connecting flight , hence won’t be in Houston on the day of the check in , I was advised that they won’t refund/cancel/amend/give credit for our reservation. Nothing at all, no expression of empathy either. They were one of many businesses that I had to deal with because of these weather conditions  and all except Hilton expressed their concerned and did their best to accommodate us- starting from airlines to other hotels and venues. Everyone understood, made exceptions and accommodated  to their best ability, but not this place.  It’s upsetting to say the least and very telling. Lesson learned and won’t ever consider staying at Hilton venues.

I am very grateful for the opportunity to stay this hotel, mainly because of the CCIM conference held here. However, since I registered a bit late, I wasn’t able to get the special discount. The check out service man is excellent. The staff guided and assist me, I believe this is the great example of what makes a hotel truly outstanding.

It's OK, I stayed here for business trip, close to the conference center. There are many good reviews online, I was quite worried at first. Hilton standard hotel, normal standard, breakfast is also OK.

Very good facilities and good location... but you have to pay for it.

There was a lot of noise at night for two consecutive nights, making it difficult to fall asleep. The hotel did not provide any explanation or apology. If it were not for the power outage caused by the hurricane in Houston, all the surrounding hotels would be full. There is really no other way. The gym, swimming pool and breakfast are not bad. A well-deserved five-star hotel with one-star service. It is gratifying that the service of the Ctrip platform is still conscientious.
