No toiletries, no cooking utensils or cook ware, could not get fresh towels, and stairwell smelled like urine.

This property has roaches, and gnats. I got a non smoking room that reeked of cigarettes. Curtains had holes in them as well as the chairs in the room. Paint was peeling off of the walls, cabinets, doors, etc. The only things that were even slightly upgraded were the fridges and microwave, but the environment itself makes you steer clear of even eating or storing food in the room. I didn’t use anything in this room, not even the shower, I barely used the toilet after attempting to hold my bladder . Honestly the whole experience with this property was pure cringe. This place is inhumane

They have floors but elevator is not working. As pregnant, I had to climb up to 3rd floor. Stairs are very dark without lights. Room is also very dark even with lights. The room door is shaky and doesn’t feel secured/safe even with lock on. Bathroom door couldn’t close properly. It’s supposed to be non-smoking room, it smells very bad inside the room. Blanket has holes on it, not sure if they washed/changed it. Noise canceling is not good either. I can hear people chatting outside, and cars drive by very loud. Will not come back again.

Arrived to check in at property and is run down. Pictures are way outdated of exterior. At check in I was told their washer was broke and our beds had no covers or pillows. I told them to cancel my reservation. Called ******* and had them refund my money. Good thing I prepaid based on other reviews I probably would not have gotten my money back without sueing them. Will never stay at any Red Roof looking at reviews of their other properties. Their 1-800 number was no help at all. Spend a little more and get a room at a better chain.

I’m in a wheelchair. Their elevator was broke and they did not have rooms on the first floor. Keep my money and refused to reimburse me due to their lack on adjustments.

The room was dirty. They used some type of plastic to cover the back of the toilet. The lady at the front desk was very rude. Housekeeping was very rude. The remote didn’t work for the tv. Charged me a deposit and didn’t wanna give me it back when the room was already smelly n dirty. Glad I only needed to store my stuff for a couple days

The young lady at the front desk was nothing short of unprofessional and extremely disrespectful to all not to mention confrontational. Her facial expressions confirms she has some some personal struggles. And one she had some mixed up with another person and caused an entire scene very negative environment. I rarely leave reviews bad ones at that . But this property i would try to avoid moving forward. Thank you 😊

My Stay was Horrible. The upkeep was bad as well. The first room that I was given had a bashed in Flat screen tv on the wall. The 2nd room given had absolutely NO CURTAIN at the window. It took almost 30 minutes for the Front Desk clerk to bring one up. The floors were unmopped and the shower was dirty. The sides of the Commode was filthy and the stove didn't work, last but not least the Elevator was Out of Order. I Definitely WOULD NOT recommend this Hotel to stay at.

Lots of questionable activities going on there. The hotel did not look like the pictures at all. It was dirty and smelled bad. No towels or soap provided. Door didn't close properly. Didn't feel safe. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there. Terrible experience.

The place is old and rundown. It is a more of an apartment complex than a hotel due to long term residents. The room was clean, but the rest of the place was dirty, trash littered the hallways and it smelled of urine. People sat in the stairways smoking and blocking the way. They also required that I pay a $100 deposit in cash even though the room had been reserved and paid for through Expedia.No one was ever at the front desk and the main door to the office was locked. You had to ring a bell in the front and then walk to the side and deal with them through a window.
