Good place to spend a couple of days.

It is a floating hotel I didn’t realize. Very convenient and beautiful hotel All staff were so friendly For Instagramers, it would be heaven Breakfast was brilliant with curry, nan, zapati and so many sweets! It is floating but very comfy Only 1 issue l, no toilet paper or tissue any place even inside a room It would be India issue, not a hotel issue though I LOVED THIS HOTEL!! Definitely will recommend my friends too

An awesome evening with a mesmerising ambiance. The staff were very helpful they were very polite and professional. Mr. Sona helped me with the booking process and overall communication part he was always one call away. Excellent experience overall. Must try!

Ambience and room service was very awesome. Food was nice. Location of the hotel and Bridge Bristo Bar ***** with view of Howrah bridge was amazing. Dharmendra Kumar and Adarsha were polite and helpful specifically. Room service was upto the mark. Excellent.

Food and ambience was good, and welcome was also very much appreciated. Dharmendar Kumar accompanied us during our visit, he guided us well through the menu and helped us finding good cuisine in the restaurant. In the end it was a very pleasent experience.

Had planned a birthday surprise for my fiancee in SkyDeck. The ambience and venue is awesome, the food quality is also great. However, there are serious issues with the serving staff and time taken to prepare the food. The serving staff are too less in number, and the food takes frustratingly long to be served.

Excellent House keeping and very very clean room service by House keeping staff by Chandan Mandal aur Bishwanath and very good cleaning of room and timely services. Timely service and good location of Hotel in Ganga River. Restaurant good

Everything great. Very pleasant stay. The facilities, cleanliness, quality of food, staff behaviour (Chandan Mandal and Pintu Naskar), were all up to satisfaction. There was a deck attached to our room, No 101, which was great even for sleeping at night.

Everything I have discussed over telephone call were same at the time of riding . It was overall a fantastic journey and a memorable for everyone . Special thanks to Sona Sir for the great arrangements . Will surely refer other relatives friends for the trip.

Overall the stay was good. However the food and beverages seemed to be overpriced.Rooms were good and cozy.Ambience was peaceful and soothing. Staffs were helpful and cooperative.Food quality was good . Would recommend stay here with family and friends. I was well assisted by Chandan Mondal.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the room offered an awesome view. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the housekeeping team. A special mention goes to Manab, whose behavior and helpfulness stood out. Today we celebrated our daughter's birthday and enjoyed boat ride a lot. Cake cutting ceremony was arranged in boat. It was fantastic experience. All the arrangement on our boat - Videshi menu, and decorations was 5 star. Our activity manager Sona was excellent.
