Nice stay

Very bad experience. Poor management. Resort shuttle bus sent us to incorrect locations. Charged us incorrectly. One of locations we can’t even get any transportation back to the resort. Not recommended to any tourist.

Wonderful place to stay. About 20 minutes drive from the main town, which made it so quiet. The town is a 10 minute walk away and has various shops and launderette. The street food is wonderful. The on site restaurants at Sivana pool villas are very good. A great selection of Thai, Indian and Italian. We used all three of them often. Great service too very polite and friendly staff. The site its self is very well maintained, the gardens and pools are also well cared for. Any questions, just go to reception and Leah will gladly help you. Looking forward to our next visit.

Spacious 3-bedroom villa with an impressive pool, perfect for relaxation and recreation.

Customer needs to clean the villas before leaving its funning, customer visits to enjoy and relax, please remeber this, during the checking out it spent 15mins for checking out so slow

We booked a 4 bedroom Villa at Sivana Hideaway Villas with a private pool and small ***** of garden; It was very well maintained and had all the amenities necessary, including a gas-lit barbecue. The pool was gorgeous and so much fun for the whole family including the baby. Food was available on call at all times but there were a few grumbles about having to wash the dishes. Cleaners were available on hire, however, at a substantial cost. We had an extremely comfortable stay. There were enough shops at walking distance for groceries etc, but it would score better if it had a private beach located closer;

I went to check in at two o'clock and the room was not ready. When I arrived, the villa was completely unclean and the toilet was stained. After the final complaint, I moved to another villa. The room is very spacious, but the lights are broken and have not been repaired. There are no trash cans, paper towels, and hair dryers, and there are mosquitoes. After checking out, I took the initiative to arrange a taxi back to the city. The waiter's attitude was very good, but the environment was worse than expected.

Good location, good safety, good cleanliness. If you have a personal car, it is very convenient. The staff at the counter provide good service. It's a bit of a waste at the house that got this round. All air conditioners are not cool. Open in the afternoon and evening the next morning. The air conditioner remote control is not complete. 3 air conditioners have 2 remote controls and the pool light is not very bright. But the other facilities are all good. If the air conditioner is cool and can check in in advance? (In case there is a room ready to release) without conditions, 1,000 per hour will be given out of 10. This time I give 8/10.

The overall is good, but the location is not very convenient, the nearest 7–11 has to be driven, if there is almost no car, it is not recommended to stay in this hotel, it is almost isolated from the world

Check out a little later and deduct 1,000 plants. Really speechless. The location is particularly biased. Go out to 711 and walk for at least 40 minutes.
