It was nightmare we stayed the whole day without eating and searching for another hotel from the disgusting food ,service ,staff and rooms the whole day was disaster and it is the 1st time in my whole life I face such very low and catastrophic place please don't expose your beloved one to all of Hawaii group of hotels in hurghada and cesar suppose to be the ultra good one within

Everything ofal about this hotel. Food is discusting. And repetitive THIS HOTEL IS ONLY FOR EGYPTIAN GUESTS!!!!! INTERTAINMENT IS DIRE!!!! my 12th time in egypt and will never do hawaii hotels again daughter was assulted outside hotel. The she was cut with nails on waterslide mohammed the girly life guard laughed and he loves to know all your buisness asks noisy questions.managers mehdat and manager baldy salah told my daughter it was her fault she was assulted and was no assistance to her injurys from waterslide he told me to f**k off. Very unprofessional manager who cant handle pressure. Told me they dont do accident form How he is a manager i dont know manager ahmed was very helpfull at times. Wasted in this hotel. As he does his role well. Salah and other mehdat told me what you want its only very small you could fall down outside and get hurt.really dont understand mentality of these men completely brainless shame on you and this hotel.

The worst hotel in hurgada , the rooms is big it's dirty, the restaurant was very bad and not organized, the staff were rude. I made many problems with staff because the attitude I don’t advise anyone to visit this hotel

The food was average although had a bad belly for a week, drinks were flat and warm and entertainment for what we paid was terrible, room was ok besides hairdryer falling off wall, no milk for our daily coffee, view was spectacular and the outside area pools etc were amazing, staff are very friendly, rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels in bathroom but definitely won’t stay there again

Good: - Aqua Park is great - The hotel has a lot of swimming pools - The beach is great Bad: - Rooms are poorly maintained specially the hotel is 4 years old - Stuff is not friendly - Food is a lot but repeated everyday and poorly cooked - Too much noise from animation team

Very bad Experience Very dirty very crowded The resort was very very dirty , the swimming pool is having a hair inside it , se doors are broken , and the escalator is dirty and open boffie is not delicious

Will never go back, outside pool areas etc were lovely, some sun beds needed upgrading, swim towels supplied, food was poor, room ok and view amazing, was sick for the first week then didn’t eat much food as went into Hurghada to find a decent restaurant

Please avoid this hotel ! I don’t even know where to start. Everything is bad apart from the room cleaner who was nice. You will hardly get any alcohol and be judged for asking ! You will get sick. Loads of children will constantly push in front

Serious incident which I cannot discuss on here except to say unsafe for women. Was reported to Police and investigation is ongoing. As to what I CAN say: -drinks tiny and bad quality. Run out by 9pm ! -rude reception staff -children running riot up and down the stairs, in the lifts, in the restaurant -tried to charge us for being literally 1 minute late for check out, they said 10 minutes! Then the guy came at us with his scissors to remove the bands without saying a word -hygiene in public areas a major issue -rooms are quite clean but toilets don’t flush enough -plates of food covering the corridor that other quests put outside their rooms left for hours

I came with my baby Son, his Dad has a separate room but we are told we cannot even knock on each others doors ! Police will be called if we do. He is only allowed to see his Son in the public areas. If he wants to play with his Dad with his toys in the room to get out of the Sun & away from nosy people he cannot do. Last night I was told there is no alcohol left in the bar. I said do you have in the other bar, he said no with a bad attitude. The lift is hard to get in to because it’s always full of people who can easily walk moving food to their rooms. There is no entertainment. The hotel is made only for the Egyptian families whose children run around everywhere, push in front to get in the lift. The public toilets are dirty. The only good thing is the room cleaners work hard & leave the room nice & clean.

The staff RUDE! Every day same food. they only had local food. We had to survive on chicken and salad for 10 days. the staff, when they saw that we were "white", did not give or receive portions. for two adults (I being pregnant) and two small children gave us for two people. or nothing. Rhe only good - was the pool. The kids enjoyed. But the staff and food- HORRIBLE! I DON T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL !!!

Very Bad food, beverage and mostly bad service. Lager watered down and warm had to complain number of times. Made to feel bad for complaining. Would not recommend at all. All drinks served in plastic cups even wine and beers. (Watered down).Tea an coffee in paper cups. You have to ask for butter for toast which comes out frozen. Not all inclusive at all. Checked out at 12 asked us to pay for evening slop as they changed our airport transferr. 3 kids had to live on eggs and cardboard pizza for 9 days

I'm saying at the hotel from 16th till 20th March, family of 2 adults and 3 small kids, before confirming my stay I have confirmed the hotel and the travel agency I booked that they have heated pools , that was my only condition before the booking, both confirmed that they have heated pool, when I arrived on the first day, I got surprised at the reception after driving 5 hrs from Cairo, they turned off the pool heater, saying the weather already hot in Hurghada now!!!! My 5 days holiday became very bad because kids can't enjoy the water because it's freezing inside the water Both Go sharm and Hotel official page on FB lying.

This is our second time at this hotel , we had a lovely time at this place , housekeeping were fantastic, big thanks to waleed and Mohamed, they had a surprise for us every day with the towels , the hotel and pool area was always clean , There was a good selection of food every day , lots of entertainment from animation team , excellent service from all the staff , a big Thank you to mr saleh hotel manager, and Omar receptionist, and chef essam who made us feel very welcome, we will miss hotel and the staff , Thankyou for everything 🥰
