Nice staff. Polite and helpful. We checked in early and also checked out at around 5am for our flight. Staff were at hand to assist. Ordered some noodles from room service. Very fresh and very reasonably priced. Good one night stay for a hotel airport. Towels were dirty and room a little dirty in the corners.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The service was truly exceptional – from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive staff throughout visit. The room was immaculate, and the amenities exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and enjoyable experience.

Very comfortable room. Near the Airport. Good Ambiance. Great Breakfast menu. We stayed there because we had an early morning flight to Bangalore. Had a good night sleep after a busy day. Felt fresh in the morning and ready for another hard day.

My experience with property is pretty bad since the check-in process. They couldn’t even find my reservation. Next room is not worth of the money i paid. Service is horrible, elevators dont work. The wait time elevators is very high. Requested additional towel, never delivered to room. Horrible experience until checkout. Told check out waited fir porter for 15 mins, never showed, i dragged all my bags. Checkout is another horrible story. Never ever i will stay here or recommend anyone.

I found Citadel Hotel property a very clean and classic place to stay. This has always been my favourite place of stay during my visit to Hyderabad, not only because of its location, near to airport, but because of the staff who are gracious, well trained, professional and make sure your stay is comfortable. It has been a great experience and I a very thankful to everyone to take care of us right from check in to check out. strongly recommend to all.

I paid $80 for one night and thought it’s a 4 star hotel. The service is okay. I received 3 to 5 calls after my checkout. As an overseas visitor I don’t have local number.
