Great rooms, has literally everything you would need. So clean and comfortable. I didn’t want to leave

The beach, pool, and hot tub were attractive and inviting. The condo was roomy, well stocked, and had great bedding. The view of the gulf from the balcony was lovely. Staff was friendly and helpful. Somewhat patchy Wi-Fi was the only negative. We would happily stay again.

We stayed 3 nights in room 203. Ten suites per floor, 4 floors of suites. Perfect size. All suites are beachfront and have a balcony with patio table and chairs. Free surface parking, 1 elevator and 3 staircases. Instead of a room key, we were given waterproof wristbands. Tap to enter your apartment instead of digging for a keycard. I liked that. We loved our 1 bedroom apartment. Everything you need for a long stay- full kitchen with lots of dishes, utensils, pots, dishwasher plus soaps and tea towels. The huge bathroom has a washer and dryer, laundry soap, separate room with toilet and tub/shower combo, plenty of thick towels. King sized bed -very comfortable. Lots of storage. There’s a dining room, living room with large sofa and 2 chairs and this leads on to the balcony. I loved watching the waves rolling in and listening to the surf. The weather wasn’t great while we were there so didn’t have a chance to try the pool, hot tub or go for a stroll on the beach. We did drive around to check out the town and the location was perfect for us - far enough away from the busyness at Pier Park and beyond but close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. We both agreed that if we’re ever looking for a place to spend a month and kick back, this would be the place. Loved it!

This property was very clean. Very very nice. Big rooms and hotel staff was extremely nice. Best place I have stayed in state of Florida. Highly recommend !

My 3 teens and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here (5days 4 nights) for new years!! The 1 bedroom condo was perfect for the stay. I was able to cook on the nights we didn’t eat out. The room was very clean, love the washer/dryer in the unit and that the property was on the beach. Close to grocery and dining. Staff was great! Will stay again.

loved the room - loved the staff- loved how everything was there for us. However I was there with my fiance to celebrate her 71st birthday. We were on fifth floor and because the elevator did not work the entire time we were there- we were prisoners in our room. We had to watch others enjoy the beach, the hot tub and the pool use. We could not take the steps- ruined our entire vacation.

I think I would've been much happier with this resort if it wasn't falsely advertised. They have it rated as a 4.5 -5 star property which it absolutely is not. there's NO service to speak of. There's one person who sits behind a desk like a motel. you even light your own fire pits . theres a couple of games out for the kids , connect for, etc. I'm unclear why it's categorized as a vacation club. The amenities are minimal. There is a game room on the fifth floor but it's not worth going to. The room furnishings are very islander style. Definitely nothing luxurious, but it was comfortable enough. my bathtub didn't drain each night and the pillows were so high I got a neck ache. They definitely aren't Marriott heavenly beds. Panama City draws a clientele that is less desirable than Rosemary Beach or Santa Rosa Beach witch is driving distance. there were still plenty of families on the beach here . I will be positive and say that the views are absolutely amazing and every room is oceanfront. We stayed in room 203, which was down one flight of stairs to the sand. this property is only five floors high which I loved. there are high risers on either side. the front of the hotel does sit on a busy street, which is worth noting, and the area is nothing that I would feel safe walking around at night. so I am going to say if you expect a three star property, you will be happy. I feel like my review is fair. I did have a wonderful week. I came here with my 13-year-old daughter to kick off the summer. I was incredibly disappointed as I was told. It was a five star property but once I adjusted mentally I was OK. I stayed in a one bedroom. there was massive construction happening at the front of the resort, so check if that's complete if you're coming in June. if you get a good price on the room, it's definitely worth staying here. The hot tub was amazing and piping hot but my issue was there was no check system so anyone can walk in and use the facilities.

Very good experience and stay. The view of the beach was amazing and access to beach.

Amazing view, clean spacious condo with absolutely everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen is for real! Friendly staff, pool and hot tub availability was awesome. Close to just about everything in PCB. No complaints! We will definitely stay again sometime!

Third floor balcony had the perfect view of the beach and evening sunset.

We were very pleased with out stay. The resort is very well located. The unit is very comfortable. There's plenty of convenient parking. Pool, hot tub, and grounds are very nice. Staff is very friendly.

I had a great time here even though it was a really short trip! The staff was amazing! The hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable & our view was beautiful! There was an easy access to the beach! I would highly recommend this hotel for a great weekend getaway with the kids or with family & friends!

It was a great stay the bed was comfortable had a great view. The only probmlem was the pillows were flat and the hot tub was to hot for us.

Great Stay! The beach is literally a few steps away from your room once you pass the pool. The location is 15 minutes or less from EVERYTHING! We will definitely stay here again.
