Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is not bad, 2nd line. Your own beach and sun loungers. There is practically no territory. Small swimming pool. Mostly foreigners stay at the hotel. The rooms are clean and cleaned regularly. What’s bad is that there is a street with bars nearby, people walk until one in the morning or longer, it’s impossible to sleep even with the windows closed. The food is varied, there is a bar near the pool with alcoholic drinks.

It is a hotel with the best chef and staff I have ever seen. The food and desserts are legendary. The staff is friendly and the service is top 10. Please do not spoil this style.

It is truly a wonderful hotel, everything you need has been considered, a small but delicious open buffet, a wonderful patisserie and a pool bar... everything is sufficient and enjoyable.

Located in Marmaris Icmeler region, the hotel has a very good location. We were very pleased with their staff. The food was of sufficient variety and very delicious. The hotel has its own place and sun loungers on the beach. In short, even though it was a four star hotel, it was a hotel we liked.

We stayed here on the high shoulder as part of a tour. Marmaris is beautiful and close to nice experiences. The hotel is nice too. The rooms are clean and reasonably appointed, beds were comfortable and wifi was good. Good in the restaurant was a nice combination of western and Turkish. Unfortunately, there is a rather disappointing bar/nightclub across the road that plays mediocre music till 12.30 or 1 am. Unless you have an indoor facing room you'll hear the music, so don't bank on getting to sleep before midnight. This spoiled our stay. Ok the upside, the wellness centre is excellent. My wife was raving about her massage and treatment for days afterwards.

We visited this hotel for 8 nights and had a fabulous time - best asset is their staff they couldn’t do enough for us especially Receptionist Ali he made our stay amazing and went over and above for us anything he could do for us and more thank you so much Ali friend for life - the food is very much Turkish but you will always find something to eat and remember your in Turkey so I am not saying this is a bad thing just could be a bit plainer and let those who wish too add there own sauces etc. Beach is great and there’s water in a fridge to use whilst there and you can bring food from the snack bar down - the cocktails were beautiful and are all local spirits/ drinks but we’re really tasty beer is Effes & Tuborg Gold

I can not describe my experience with words. Its absolutely lovely. Best location in Marmaris, best food, best service. The staff are amazing people providing best service with smile. Very friendly. I want special thank the following staff. Mr Romozon, Mr Sahan & Mr Ufuk. They been very polite and supportive throughout our stay. Amazing guys. Would definitely come back soon. When we arrived our room was next to a club. They changed our room. The hotel is very clean and lovely view. Made a cake for my wife birthday free of charge. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. I visited many cities in turkey but never had this amazing food and experience. My advise would be book the hotel as inclusive with food. You won't regard it. More

Ali the receptionist is the most attentive hardworking guy you will ever come across you get good old fashioned customer service service from him and all the staff in this hotel. They all go that extra mile to make sure your looked after. Will be coming back again that's for sure.

I can only say best words about all people who works in hotel, everyone is super helpful and friendly, we all been treated like vip. Also the food was amazing, drinks at the bar was very nice,there been absolutely no problems if you like your drink strong,just ask. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family and if i ever back to içmeler, that's definetly the place where Iam staying

I have just returned from this hotel where I spent a week with my daughter and needless to say we had the most amazing experience. This hotel is spotless, small, tranquil and secure and I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels I’ve been to in terms of customer service and cleanliness. They will accommodate you in anyway they can, I felt like royalty. They take customer service to another level and it’s honestly genuine it’s not about the tips. Internet available all through out the hotel even on the beach. Plenty of food choices throughout the day you can never go hungry. One small thing I would mention is the mattress, they are great quality but very hard however this was remedied immediately with a topper, you just have to ask. Do not take any notice of the negative reviews go and experience this hotel for yourself you will not be disappointed. All the staff were great from the Reception, Chambermaids, Waiters, Chefs, Kitchen, Baristas, Bar, Cleaners, Bell boys, Spa, Snack bar and Beach, keep up the good work and please note you are a credit to this hotel, you make this hotel great. Management please look after your staff as they are a credit to your hotel. I would like to give a special shout out to the following staff:- Ali the waiter - excellent customer service above and beyond, does this guy ever sleep?😁 Can - Guest Relations Manager does his job well assisting with anything to ensure you have a great holiday. Oyku - Spa manager does a great job. Sebo - Excursion manager no hard selling pleasant and accommodating. Canaan - waiter, she provided excellent customer service above and beyond. Ramazan - reception staff excellent customer service whenever on duty always checking if we were genuinely ok. Ali - reception staff always helpful. Orlan - Masseuse (you can choose to have male or female, I didn’t mind as it was well needed) he was very very professional and I felt like a new person after my chosen 2 hours massage/spa programme. The price was well worth it considering what we would pay in the UK for just a basic 1 hour massage. I would recommend getting your massage/spa treatment done as soon as you arrive as believe me it will invigorate you for the rest of your holiday. This is an excellent hotel in a very pleasant location, see you again soon.
