Person at reception was rude . He refused to gave the room at the time of check in and not refund the amount Trip. In was not accessible in turkey Never book this property

The hotel is warm, but the restaurant is not so delicious, but there are so many other places for food

The room was not clean. There is a restaurant downstairs. The front desk may be new. Checking in and out was very very troublesome.

This was located in the Old Town, parking, driving in that area is very difficult (parking was not possible). You have to park about a 8 minute walk away. But it was a great hotel. Old Town is amazing and there are so many places to eat and shop.

The girl that worked in this hotel was more then rude.When tried to talk to her she said no English .Without any explanation she was pushing me to sign visa receipt, which I signed because she was pushy. When they showed the room where we needed to stay I almost had a panic attack because the room has very very small window, I felt I was like in tunnel.I didn’t feel comfortable to stay in that room I asked the room with normal size of the window .They called someone who speaks English he said I have to pay if I want the room with windows . On the internet the price for the room was the same as the one I paid for. I tried to show them on the internet the price they didn’t want to look at it.I was was very disappointed with their behaviour and ended up crying.At the end they told me you have three choices: to stay in this room; to pay more to have better room or we will give you money. I gave them visa card and told them I want money back. They just ignored me.I came back tomorrow asking them why they didn’t accept my card , they told me that they cannot refund me today as the offer was for yesterday . They advised that *******, told them: “we heard your and her(mine) story we don’t know what happened, do not pay her(me) .”I contacted ******* and they told me that they are still waiting for response from the hotel. I paid hotel room that I didn’t stay in. That was on Oct 4,2023 and I still have not received any response from them. Instead to enjoy my vacation I had this …

Situated really good bang in the middle of everything but our room got very little light from outside, also the shower could do with updating breakfast was good a variety of a lot different salads ( Turkish breakfast only )

I was amassed how clean this property I enjoyed the stay. its great place for the location and quality of the place comparing to the price. I recomend the place.

We were checked into the wrong room! And this was smaller than the one booked! This room seemed much older and less modern than the one booked and was dirty. As we had arranged a trip and had to be out within 5-10 minutes to make our connection, we decided to deal with the problems on our return. When we communicated our displeasure to the manger he was helpful and said he will try and get the room booked for the next day. At this time I was informed that we could have our drinks and meal free of charge! At this point we were having a drink after our tour and resting. Later we had a meal and 2 drinks and retired to bed as we had a tour booked for the next day at 9.00 am. As we got ready for bed the manager came to the door and tried to insist on payment for our meal & drinks. When I challenged him on this. He told me he only meant what we were having at the time, before our evening meal? I was later informed the owner said the drinks & meal would not be charged for. The next day we had a trip booked for 9.00 am breakfast only started at 8.30 am which left little time as it was served even later we could not eat our breakfast & had to leave. On our return from our trip we were informed that the original was ready to see. However we were to tired to contemplate moving, so decided to stay were we were.

We stayed in room 402 in August 30th 2023 for 4 nights. There was a dead coachroach on entering the premises. The room was a quite small for 4 people. We were shown to our room and then there was absolutely no service. I got extra toilet paper from the restaurant attached to the hotel. No one came to clean the room and the garbage kept piling up despite my request to have the room cleaned. We ate breakfast once. It was average, but you can only eat breakfast when the restaurant is open. If you need breakfast at 7am for example, you would be out of luck. The fellow at the reception was friendly but didnt know much about anything as he was new and he was rarely there. There is no lobby area, so when you are tired of your room, there is no place to go outside the room. The hallways were also dimly lit. The lighting was really inadequate. This hotel really need an upgrade. We were fooled by the image on ******* which did not reflect the aged hotel it is. A difficult experience on the whole. To my surprise, there were many other places in the neighbourhood with the same price and with so much more facilities.

The property is nice however the facilities could use with an refurbishment. The room we stayed the toilet was not so pleasant and during the whole stay there was no room cleaning. Overall nice place to stay close to all amenities

Property needs an upgrade. Breakfast was supposedly at 8am. It was moved to 8.30am. Yet when we sat down to dine at 8.30am, we were told that the kitchen staff wouldn't be in until 9am. We had tours booked so for the three days we were there, we weren't able to avail any breakfast at all because of the above reason. Aside from that, there was often no one in reception when we needed something.

I will like to people know about this Hotel, please be aware of the rooms are terrible smell from the bathrooms , poor condition , nothing like the pictures show is a big Scam , I can’t understand other people live a good reviews maybe they don’t know what is a decent hotel for the value , is cheap prices but we been in cheap hotels but decent , this is cheap and contaminated by mold , the bathroom door was broken so as soon as open and close the glass door is felt on top of my feet I went to the emergency to have medical assistant , the door was roten & discomposing wood , no windows , very poor condition , we ending booked another hotel Kiana KALEICi is just around the corner almost same price $20 more and was so beautiful place all renovated I fully recommended Wen we arrive late at night the reception smell like a someone dead inside so hot , the guys was sleeping in the couch all was so disgusting , I can’t believe people stay in that place !!! We living next morning at Kiana kaleici hotel , and I didn’t expect any refund just I want people know and I don’t want others have our bad experience !!!! The place need to be close & renovate all , is a very bad experience I will let all the real pictures from this place take a pic ******* not even take any action on this situation !!! But again I don’t expect refund coming from this type of people running such a terrible place !!!!
